While getting groceries out of my car, My trunk came down on my head (C-300, 2017). Sometimes trunk opens after I lock the car. This is dangerous. What is the problem?

I was shopping for an Audi s6. I saw on auto trader that Auto Direct Corvettes had it available. I sent a request on the car and received a very prompt response. Bob, Chad, Bonnie and the whole staff made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. I saw positive reviews online so I felt good going in person. VERY IMPRESSIVE INDOOR CORVETTE SHOWROOM. It was a great experience buying mt car at the dealership. The look and features of the car is what attracted me to it. Donte is a great salesman, he is very knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and show me how to use all the features that the car has.

I would give ten stars if we could. We had awful experiences just during our shopping process, at so many MB dealerships (lying about cars in stock, sales people with zero knowledge about their vehicles, and just really poor communication). We are so glad though because it led us to finding my dream car at MB FW, and the sale manager Matt M. communicated and made the deal come together quickly, he was fair, and transparent. He answered car questions and helped at least half a dozen times with my questions AFTER the purchase. Our sales associate Brittany (Meghan Markle twin) - she was SO kind, and SO patient. I was coming from a car that was almost 20 years old so my learning curve was steep. When we arrived she spent no less than an HOUR going through every last single button on the car and setting everything up for my preferences. She knew the car inside and out. We were floored, and didn't expect it but appreciated it beyond what we knew at the time because it was alot for my husband and I, both coming from our college cars that were before cars became so high tech. We appreciated her knowledge, after coming from another dealership where we tried to buy a car, but the sales woman couldn't answer ANYTHING, and kept pushing us towards a car she had in stock, when we had explained a bench versus captain seats were a non negotiable. We would have stayed with her for the search but she could not answer a single question about the car and also thought it was an electric vehicle until we pointed out it was a gas powered car with a battery feature. We lost out confidence at that moment. My husband and I buy and keep cars for the long haul and although car buying is an awful process usually, MB FW (Matt and Brittany specifically, went above and beyond on numerous occasions for us to make it a smooth transaction both before AND after purchase which is when you really learn about a sales persons character. We are so grateful.

If you're looking for a BMW in the Pennsylvania...Delaware area Don't hesitate to go to BMW of Westchester formerly Otto's BMW. They are the best of any other dealership I have shopped!! The sales staff was really nice, especially Ralph.. The service department is excellent as well as the parts department. We definitely will be buying our next BMW at this location!

Jack in sales made our purchase a quick, easy and fun experience. We test drove a couple of trucks and a car, which were all beautiful. The process was pretty painless because they all worked together as a team to help get us into our new Truck! Jack was very knowledgeable and thorough when explaining how all the vehicle systems and accessories worked. While we were in the dealership the staff we spoke with were courteous and acted in a professional manner towards us.

Bought it as certified used with 14,000: miles and 3 years old. Absolutely love the car. Now have 60,00 miles on it. Only cost other than routine maintenance has been tires. One dislike is run flat tires. They make no sense. Also did not like the engine shut down at stops ostensibly to save fuel, but I was able to over ride that. And I bought a spare tire and wheel another major issue for me is you cand buy a trailer hitch for a C 400. You can for other C cars, but not the 400.

What a wonderful time I had shopping and buying a car for my husband. We know what we wanted. We narrowed down our search to two cars in two stores. We went to the first store further away from us and were not happy with the service from the start. The car was ok, but it's much more to us than just the "best price". We have a model 3 but we want a more comfortable car with similar performance on gas. This car with all the technology packages are more comfortable than model 3 but as smart in terms of driving assistance.

He was a patient and easygoing guide for us during our purchase, which made the process much more comfortable and even enjoyable. The entire experience at this dealership for my wife and I is exactly how one would expect for a Mercedes Benz dealership. I will also note that we previously visited several other dealerships, both Mercedes-Benz and others. We travelled over an hour to visit Euromotorcars Devon. I will say that it is no secret that the quality of service can certainly affect the sometimes stressful experience of purchasing a vehicle. My wife and I did our research knowing what would be a good price point for the vehicle that we wanted. Surprisingly, CarMax was offering the vehicle below what other dealers were advertising. We went to the Maple Shade dealership test drove a few cars with Erin. She was awesome and answered all of our questions. No hard sell at all and loved the thought that there were no doc or other hidden fees. Sticker price plus tax and NJMV fees. That's it. We noticed that a vehicle in Maine had low miles and was in the color we wanted. Paid the low transfer fee and it arrived in less than two weeks. We met with Mathew, who was covering for Erin, shown the car, took a test drive and "kicked the tires". I told him that we wanted to buy it and Carmax came in at a lower rate than our Credit Union. It took less than 2 hours from entering the dealership to driving off with the car. And did I say no doc or hidden fees.

I love my 300C with the AMG Package. You get a much sportier look and drive. The car rides very comfortably in Comfort Plus but you can put it in Sports Plus and it becomes a whole different car. It feels like the car stiffens up and the Torque is immediately right there. Also, the AMG Package comes with great brakes! At this price point, you're going to hear a slight wind noise at higher speeds and the back seats don't have a lot of legroom. But, as an entry-level Mercedes, this is the best Mercedes for value in my opinion.

Made a trip up to West Chester to see the silver 2011 Cadillac DTS the had online. The car looked terrific, but I just am not sure I would be happy with a silver car after the last two DTS's being the beautiful red metallic - with neutral interior. Their vehicle is stored indoors in a museum type setting, so I was unable to take it out for a test drive. I told the owner that I'd call him after discussing it with my wife and give them time to have the car outdoors. The more I thought of it though, the silver color may be a deal breaker. My current vehicle is a 2016 CTS - in metallic red with neutral interior. I'm still on the hunt for a low mileage DTS - in the color combo I have. I've seen one available form a private seller with an incredible 5,500 miles in Raleigh NC - but they just upped the price from $42,000 to $47,000! Way out of range for 14 year old Cadillac that would be my daily driver, not a collector's item.

Built for high speed on the German Autobahn, these cars must provide safety at collision speeds of 120 miles per hour in Germany.

The CarShop employees are the best! Again I needed help right away, this time with a passenger side mirror being almost pulled off. Morgan, the customer service tech & his manager Bill had a mechanic take a look to see what could be done & because the mirror was not totally pulled off & the wires were intact they were able to glue the mirror back onto the mirror perch mount & never even charged me.
