I have yet to decide on the car I was looking at, but I was working with Robert and found him to be very professional. There were none of the high pressured sales techniques you expect and receive at most dealerships. He was extremely helpful and went above and beyond for someone who lives in Las Vegas. Had an amazing experience with Kevin Aguirre as my sales person. Answered my inquiry within minutes on Easter Sunday! Within 7 or 8 emails I was ready to buy my Nissan Pathfinder which I did the follow Monday morning. Within an hour and a half I was on my way with a beautifully detailed vehicle with a full tank of gas. Started out very difficult with Rick Hill imports selling a GlK 350 out from under my wife, however disappointment turned into excitement when she drove the CLA! Very sporty and plenty of power from the engine

New car died only 4800 miles. Mercedes towed it. Excellent support. Took a few days to determine what happened. Lots of software updates were required. Sterling took good care of me because I was out of sorts and questioning my decision to have purchased this car. Sterling did a good job calming me down. The car is fixed and they charged the battery which I appreciated. Thank you Sterling!

Very peppy, 4 cyl turbo yields power AND economy. The engine off feature at traffic lights is very smart. The brake hold is also excellent.
