Zone Motor's Chicago at 525 W Fullerton Ave, Addison, IL 60101, the experience was absolutely smooth and pleasant. The sales associate Ray and Joe were very knowledgeable about the vehicle. He explained everything about the vehicle that I didn’t see at other Mercedes dealers that I had test driven at. Not pushy, or aggressive selling but confident and gave us our space and let us make the decisions under no pressure. They gave us the time to decide and encouraged us to explore and research. I didn’t get this experience anywhere else. The buying experience was smooth and very nice and the sales person's Ray & Joe got us a good deal. This is a great place to buy a Mercedes. No high strung, bottom line aware aggressive pushers sales and service guys here. Just normal, knowledgeable, and regular people who know a lot about Mercedes. I am happy to say that I was pleasantly surprised at how my interaction and sale went. We got the deal done and we were in and out quickly with a new car. Fantastic customer service. I’ve turned a barn find 2007 CLS 550 into an amazing every day driver! With only 83K on it I did need to put about $15K from a sitting, dry rot car into a sleek and sexy, amazing ride once again. I get compliments all the time and honestly, it’s such a fun car to drive. I actually have fun driving and love being behind the wheel of this CLS 550. ** make sure you have a good mechanic or two handy for cost efficiency!
