Drives like a sports car with the comfort of a luxury sedan. Handling on curvy, moutain, snowy roads is amazing. The excellant brakes saved me from a serious accident.

This car is amazing overall. I have had two big issues though. 1. A ticking sound after the 5th year. Brought to dealer while still on warranty. Dealers said its normal. After warranty expired, dealer says need to fix it cause its not normal. I have researched and nany owners w sane problem. How can this not be a recall issue? 2. The radio/navigation/phone component stopped wirking at its 3rd year. Sent to repair by dealer 3 times. Still didn’t work. I just gave up on it. Can still hear the radio but limited stations controlled on steering wheel. I feel cheated.

It’s a great car for the price now. It is older so it doesn’t have Bluetooth or USB ports but it hasn’t made a difference to me CD player still works and so does the FM/AM.

Solidly built, no creaks or rattles, even after all these years. The engine purrs and pulls like new. Every part of this car is designed and engineered to last, and last it has. I love this car; it's been a loyal friend and member of the family and made me a loyal Mercedes customer.

We scheduled some warranty work with Joe in the service dept. He explained what they were going to do and why it was important to keep up with this service. When they were finishing up, he advised of a couple of filters that were very dirty and needed to be changed. He provided good communication throughout the work. Overall we are very pleased with the whole Tom Hodges team.

Got a 2009 Ford Explorer about 2 months ago from these guys. I can’t be happier with it, not just that I bought it for a great price but the vehicle itself is perfect for the year and the price! They showed me something else and I refused it and they didn’t try to pressure me to get something else and I greatly appreciated that! I said to Sam that’s my Lexus don’t sell it!
