I bought this to replace an aging Audi A6. Wanted similar luxury, safety, and tech in a bit of a smaller vehicle. While I got what I was searching for, there is definitely a significant change in the luxurious feel in the ride. My 2019 Audi definitely had a more lush and comfortable feel. This E class is a 4cyl TC while the Audi was a 6cyl. I know that make a big difference on power. This E class is not under-powered, it's just that the Audi was a beast. If I had to make the purchase again, I'd get the 6cyl E450.

I went in for a routine Service B however as I am new to the brand I was very uninformed. Daniel was great at filling in every single gap! Through conversing he was able to diagnose that I was there for a small service as the car is excellent condition. This lead to me exploring the option to bundle 2 services together which ended up working out fantastically. So at 50 and 60k miles those 2 services will be bundled for a MUCH reduced price. I Couldn't drive to NY to pick up the car after we made a deal about the price because of the COVID-19 so the dealer delivered the car for me. he finished all the paper work so fast.
