2023 Mercedes-Benz E-Class review
I bought this to replace an aging Audi A6. Wanted similar luxury, safety, and tech in a bit of a smaller vehicle. While I got what I was searching for, there is definitely a significant change in the luxurious feel in the ride. My 2019 Audi definitely had a more lush and comfortable feel. This E class is a 4cyl TC while the Audi was a 6cyl. I know that make a big difference on power. This E class is not under-powered, it's just that the Audi was a beast. If I had to make the purchase again, I'd get the 6cyl E450.

I purchased two Mercedes Benz' in Two years from Mercedes of Paramus; major mistake. Not only were they a ripoff, they had a very low rating with the BBB. I reached out to Mercedes Corporation and they don't stand behind the customers as well. Luckily, a friend recommended me to Caldwell Mercedes Bendz. They were professional, honest, polite and understanding. Caldwell was able get me out of my bad deal and into my dream car. I almost gave up on Mercedes in general but Caldwell has renewed my faith in the brand.

Best experience and fastest total transaction I’ve had in my car buying experience. From the easy access to the dealership off the West Side Highway, to the amazing environment they’ve created inside, to sales consultant Gregory Gazzola’s expertise and ability to read a customer and deliver the vehicle I wanted, at the price I could afford, expeditiously, it was absolutely the best experience. I emailed Gregory this morning, he found me a vehicle, presented a deal, and gave me a pick up time for earlier this afternoon. I rarely write reviews and for the very few times I have done so in my life time, it was always to point out a bad service. HOWEVER. I had exceptional experience purchasing my E400 Coupe with Steven David from Benzel Busch. Since getting my first license back when I was 16, I bought and sold 10 different cars and Steven by far exceeded any of the sales person I have worked in the past. He was very responsive to all of my emails and phone calls. I almost got a reply back within 5 minutes from sending an email and we had many emails back and forth as I was purchasing a vehicle out of state. He was very detailed and truthful when describing a vehicle that I was purchasing. There were few times where he reached out to me first on items normally you wouldn't expect sales person to.
