I would have loved the SL550 Henderson had advertised but the cost of shipping my trade-in and the cost of shipping the tt0 to me made it too expensive. That car will make someone very happy!

We built/ordered 2024 GLC300 for my wife in May 2023. Took delivery on 12/1/2023. Darren Shin was our sales advisor. We moved our business from another Mercedes dealer because Darren was EXTREMELY knowledgeable about the Mercedes autos, options, process, timeline, etc. He did NOT use any pressure whatsoever. he focused on educating us to ensure the vehicle was EXACTLY what my wife wanted. If I had a sales opening in my firm, he is exactly the high performing sales person who I would hire!! Kudos and well done.

I was in for the annual checkup and my salesman Brad Biondo had reached out to me via email with an assessment of my 2020 car. So I stopped by. Ha- now driving a 2026. That wasn’t the plan. I continue to be impressed with the upgrade. Huge difference in performance and attributes. Brad made it all to easy. Super knowledgeable, reliable, with integrity- highly valued.

We just purchased a Toyota Sienna and had an excellent experience at Rudy Luther! Everyone I encountered was professional, knowledgeable and informative. Made the buying process easy. Ended up trading my C300 for a GLB 250. Really liked the spaciousness and enjoying the vehicle overall. Gas mileage is even better than the C300, which is surprising considering it?s a SUV. Getting 31mpg -36 mpg in the city depending on traffic. Bonus!

For my recent service appointment, I was impressed with the excellent communication throughout the process using text messages. Nick was on top of everything from the moment I arrived for my scheduled appointment. Getting a loaner vehicle was quick and easy. After the inspection, I was able to review the recommendations and costs and then approve the services I wanted. The service was completed sooner than I anticipated, and pick-up was a breeze. Was in the market for a pre-owned vehicle. After searching for a few days, ended up at Valley Motor. My salesman, Kevin, was very congenial and gregarious. Walked me through a few vehicles with a test drive in each. He wasn't pushy but was very eager to meet me where I wanted to go price and model wise. We struck a deal and signed some paperwork. I had unfortunately ran out of time that day, so had to pick up the vehicle the following day. Kevin was not working that day, but set me up with Kyle the previousday, who also did a fantastic job of taking care of me and my disabled father. I'll always remember a dealership, whether they treated me well or dropped the ball. Because of both Kevin and Kyle treating me so well, as well as my disabled father, I will definitely shop there when I need another vehicle.
