Mercedes-Benz of Pleasanton review
I have been looking for a nice second gen Honda Pilot for quite some time and live in Western Washington. I found what sounded like a really nice one online and sent an inquiry and received a response from Mike Malott. He was very honest and upfront about the long distance purchase process and gave me a fair and honest description of the Pilot. He helped me with every step of the long distance process and I went ahead with the purchase and had it shipped over 700 miles to me. When I received the Pilot, I was truly amazed at how nice it was on person and it exceeded my expectations on every way. Mercedes-Benz of Oakland review
$110k is quite a bit to spend on a vehicle that I don't need so the service should feel different, almost like you are paying for special treatment...we that is just what I got. I feel great about the whole thing and I will be a Mercedes-Benz driver for life now! Gave it almost a month before writing this review but I am in love and want to world to know. Just don't get the same exact car as me :)
2025 Mercedes-Benz E-Class review

They made it simple, and Ron seems like a car salesman who can actually be trusted! I appreciated their attentiveness, timeliness, honesty, and overall care. I made a little bit of drive because I was not getting the same level of care from my local volvo dealership, and I will make the drive again as a repeat customer at Smother's! A week after I leased the vehicle, I even noticed that a small sensor cap and tow hook cap were both missing from the front of my vehicle. I contacted Ron and within minutes, he ordered me new covers, will have them painted, and is shipping them to me! That is incredible service. Thank you!!!!!!
