I had a great experience working with Drew Mackenzie (service advisor) and Raymond (lead technician). Drew was extremely helpful, professional, and transparent throughout the entire process. He kept me updated every step of the way, answered all my questions, and really went above and beyond to make sure I understood what was going on with my car. Raymond did an excellent job on the repairs. You can tell he takes pride in his work, and I felt confident knowing my vehicle was in good hands. A+ all the way! I could not have asked for a better handling of my problem. Service writer ?Tom? did an outstanding job. He took care of my repair problem plus he noticed I had a service call coming up in less than ten days so he made sure that was also done.
