Needed to correct my last review. I did not realize they had in fact reached out 3 times to me as all replies went into my junk folder. I found them yesterday and wanted to correct this, as the non contact was due to Microsoft flagging it not them having no response or effort

Started the deal over the Internet and finalized it in the dealership. Easy and painless on my end. Love my new CLA and left knowing that I got the best deal in town.

What impressed me was I wasn't buying a new car. But I was treated as I was buying one. The way they handled my trade in was excellent. Alex (Sales), Matt (Service) and Noah (Technical Support) They have been very responsive, friendly and competent! I even had Noah helping me with a technical issue after hours via phone and received a return call with some guidance from Alex on his day off. I give each one of the three five stars!

Didn't rate the experience 5* because I'm not sure that's possible. Probably as good as it gets. Anyway, just had my first PM and it couldn't have gone any smoother. Andrew was waiting as I exited the car, went through prepared paperwork and was driving off in my loaner call in about 5minutes. Car was ready & washed on time and I was out as fast or faster than the drop off. Awesome experience.
