In 2008, my folks bought a new Chrysler Pacifica Limited. The car sales man was great. He knew all about the car and showed us everything about it. The dealership it's self is beautiful and super clean. They also have AWESOME cars inside in which you can sit and mess around in. The overall rating is a 4 BECAUSE, it is so hard to get a hold of these guys to take the car in. We've called 4 or 5 times to only leave messages that have never been responded to, so we are planning on just going there whether they want us to or not!

So nice car so fast so much options and futuristic it’s future world of cars performance, AMG I would recommend it for smart people it’s great

The confidence you feel driving a Mercedes’ is unmatched, unfortunately there are few discrepancies ..The seats are too confining, you can’t squirm or move in any direction. I think these movements are necessary for long term driving.A lot of the options the car has are complicated to use and some even unnecessary. As for the handling, braking, response time is excellent! my sixth Mercedes, but it’s my first new One!! The overall experience thus far has been Great !! Bravo Mercedes!

I mistakenly sold my 2012 E350 in 2023 thinking I should upgrade to an SUV. I regretted selling the wagon, though the 2020 MB GLB was a very nice vehicle. So I found a 2011 E350 wagon and couldn't been happier. Maintenance is key, yes. But the leather (not MBTex) wears very well, and the exterior is flawless.

Overall, a well-built automobile. Over the terrible roads that exist in New Jersey, the car can be a bit harsh but stable. I am happy with the choice of model and it performs very well.

I have never owned a Mercedes-Benz I’ve always owned a BMW. I have to say I really love this vehicle. It rides smooth, the seats are very comfortable, it has so many functions for a 2010, I was extremely surprised. The color of the vehicle was listed as arctic white however it’s more of a cream color vehicle. If I could change the color I most likely would. But it’s still very beautiful. The vehicle only had 13,562 miles. The interior looks and smells brand new. The exterior is extremely designed well. It’s a beautiful car. I’ve only driven it one day because I’ve only had it one day. As time goes on I will then be able to make an accurate review. My younger sister will purchase my vehicle if I choose to sell.

I have had 3 of these over the past 18 years, the most recent being for the past 8. Same model - E350 4Matic. This model is solid! Before I purchased my first E350, I checked with Consumer Reports on reliability, cost of ownership,etc. This car came out as RECOMMENDED and it does not disappoint! I'm sorry if people who have reviewed this car negatively have done so based on limited personal experience. But as a long time E350 owner, I can tell you if you take care of this vehicle, it will love you back. I have had VERY LITTLE go wrong with my cars, so the 'high cost of ownership' just does not come into play if you do what you are supposed to do while owning it.

I've been putting off getting a new card because the exhausting process (in the past) is so anxiety provoking for me. I've had 2 Mercedes in the past, and never had a bad experience. On a whim, I began looking online and searched all the MB dealerships around and, by far, Mercedes Benz of Long Beach had the best inventory and most competitive prices. So, I sent an email inquiry about one of their vehicles and within an hour, the Internet Sales Manager (Joel Turett) got in touch with me. Even with less than perfect credit, Joel had me financed in about 20 minutes. The next day I came in, test drove a couple vehicles I liked and finally settled on one. I got a more than expected fair trade on my old Mercedes, and was leaving there in a short time with my new car. In the past when car shopping (especially at MB dealerships), I've always felt I was treated "less than", because I wasn't buying $75,000 car. Not the case here! From Joel, to the sales manager, to the woman in the finance department... everyone was so kind and helpful. I'm not one to write reviews often, but I felt I needed to express my positive experience, especially with Joel. You can't go wrong contacting him if you're in the market for a Mercedes. He's patient, has been working there for over a decade so he is beyond knowledgeable, and, most importantly, never once pressured me or made me feel like I was being taken advantage of. I bought a 2016 Red E400 4Matic coupe with 49K miles on it in Dec 2023. I've had no problems with it and have only brought it in for it's once a year maintenance (I drive less than 10K a year). My only other expense was slapping new tires on it. The vehicle has the right amount of tech on it, and it's a smooth on the road and quick on the pickup when I need it. This is my first Mercedes (lifelong Toyota and Lexus owner) and can definitely say this will not be my last Mercedes.
