We purchased a 2020 Mercedes-Benz GLE 350 4 Matic that had just been received and had several inquiries already. The experience with Murad was wonderful, a true salesman who put us at ease with his cheerful and comical personality. I have had 3 of these over the past 18 years, the most recent being for the past 8. Same model - E350 4Matic. This model is solid! Before I purchased my first E350, I checked with Consumer Reports on reliability, cost of ownership,etc. This car came out as RECOMMENDED and it does not disappoint! I'm sorry if people who have reviewed this car negatively have done so based on limited personal experience. But as a long time E350 owner, I can tell you if you take care of this vehicle, it will love you back. I have had VERY LITTLE go wrong with my cars, so the 'high cost of ownership' just does not come into play if you do what you are supposed to do while owning it.

Overall, I had a good experience with Auto Expo. I scheduled a test drive the day prior, and they had the car waiting out front for me when I got there. After the test drive, I was allowed to make a thorough inspection of the car and Abraham answered all of my questions and critiques on the car. I pointed out some issues with the car--for example, the trunk cargo mat was gone--and they proceeded to fix the issues where possible. The lot and the office are both small and cramped. Parking and moving around felt a bit awkward, and there was clutter that needs to go. In the end though, that's not a big deal though, as I care most about the car and the price I'm paying for it. Speaking of price, negotiations with Auto Expo were the most cordial of the places I visited that day, which was appreciated given how all negotiations are at least a little bit awkward. Again, I had a positive experience.

The confidence you feel driving a Mercedes’ is unmatched, unfortunately there are few discrepancies ..The seats are too confining, you can’t squirm or move in any direction. I think these movements are necessary for long term driving.A lot of the options the car has are complicated to use and some even unnecessary. As for the handling, braking, response time is excellent! my sixth Mercedes, but it’s my first new One!! The overall experience thus far has been Great !! Bravo Mercedes!

My 4th Mercedes-Benz. I have had a GLK, C CLASS and two E Class’s. I currently have an E Class. AWESOME! High levels of refinement, lots of equipment, comfortable, and drives very well. Before you buy a new cheaper car I would definitely look at a used Mercedes-Benz. It may be worth your time.

Eric was great, as usual. This was my 3rd new vehicle through him and I also sent a co-worker in who purchased too. The issue is not with the sales team, it’s with the finance dept. I am still waiting on resolution for an extended warranty I purchased with my new car last month. Shockingly the $$$mistake is in the dealers favor. 2 emails ghosted and no credit back to either my loan principal or my credit card. My suggestion is to just purchase the vehicle there and decline EVERYTHING the finance department offers then run out the door. Sales gets a 5, Finance dept 1 1/2. I will give them the rest of this week to keep up there end of the contract before I envolve corporate.

Styling, Dependability, Options, Electronics, Ride and Handling are 2nd to none. Price is very reasonable for the value received. Good resale when you decide to buy another one.

He talked me through every step of the way and was always transparent and reasonable. Every time I've returned the service has been helpful and pleasurable! Michael gets back to me with any question I have and is always willing to assist me. Highly recommend.

It was a pleasure to be a customer at Mercedes-Benz of Alexandria. I have worked with and bought from different automobile dealerships over 20 years. I informed my sales manager, Mike Prati, who was AMG certified what I wanted from a car. He was the FIRST auto dealership manager who listened when I told him exactly what I wanted my car. Mr. Prati knew more about Mercedes than I could have read in magazines, Car Werk, Edmunds, YouTube etc. He explained the different variables of each model with and pros and cons. He directed me to the E class 450 sedan for a test drive. I personally could not have found the car without his background and experience. I bought the Mercedes pre-owned and certified. What made the dealership a phenomenal experience was how everyone listened and were respectful. Often, customers are talked to which happened at another dealership I walked out of two weeks prior. The goal: sell you something you don’t want. Not at the Mercedes-Benz of Alexandria. Later, I required work on the car. In lieu of calling the Service department I contacted Mike Prati. Who does that? I did. He immediately sent a tow truck, introduced me to a service assistant and I sat back as arrangements were made for a loaner. Mercedes-Benz of Alexandria was organized, cooperative and I had details regarding my car in less than 24 hours. The general manager, which people never see at dealership, called me. He wanted to be sure all departments were working together and I was satisfied. I actually think this dealership off of Pickett Rd in Alexandria has the finest employees. Great attitude. Thorough. Buying a Mercedes? I recommend Mike Prati to sell you one at MB of Alexandria.
