I rarely write reviews and for the very few times I have done so in my life time, it was always to point out a bad service. HOWEVER. I had exceptional experience purchasing my E400 Coupe with Steven David from Benzel Busch. Since getting my first license back when I was 16, I bought and sold 10 different cars and Steven by far exceeded any of the sales person I have worked in the past. He was very responsive to all of my emails and phone calls. I almost got a reply back within 5 minutes from sending an email and we had many emails back and forth as I was purchasing a vehicle out of state. He was very detailed and truthful when describing a vehicle that I was purchasing. There were few times where he reached out to me first on items normally you wouldn't expect sales person to. Best experience and fastest total transaction I’ve had in my car buying experience. From the easy access to the dealership off the West Side Highway, to the amazing environment they’ve created inside, to sales consultant Gregory Gazzola’s expertise and ability to read a customer and deliver the vehicle I wanted, at the price I could afford, expeditiously, it was absolutely the best experience. I emailed Gregory this morning, he found me a vehicle, presented a deal, and gave me a pick up time for earlier this afternoon. Really impressed with this dealership, particularly the service department. I was driving two kids to college, got a flat tire coming across the Tappan Zee bridge, 20 minutes into a 9 hour trip, happened upon them, had my tire changed in under an hour and on my way again. 2020 Mercedes-Benz E-Class review
I love this car! It looks great, handles wonderfully and the ride is exceptional. I went with the 2020 model because I don't care for the grill design implemented since 2021. I got the traditional grill with hood ornament which is what I preferred. The only disappointment for me was not having a touch screen. It's a bit cumbersome to manually navigate through all the screens using multiple inputs (especially while driving) but I'm getting accustomed to it. I would recommend this car to anyone!!

2023 Mercedes-Benz E-Class review
I bought this to replace an aging Audi A6. Wanted similar luxury, safety, and tech in a bit of a smaller vehicle. While I got what I was searching for, there is definitely a significant change in the luxurious feel in the ride. My 2019 Audi definitely had a more lush and comfortable feel. This E class is a 4cyl TC while the Audi was a 6cyl. I know that make a big difference on power. This E class is not under-powered, it's just that the Audi was a beast. If I had to make the purchase again, I'd get the 6cyl E450.

2021 Mercedes-Benz E-Class review
I'm replacing a 17 y/o E-320 that I loved. I am now infatuated with the New 2021 E-450 4 matic it just so happens to be the Motor Trend car of the year. Very nice exterior styling. Fantastic interior. all the latest technology and a great interior. The strait V-6 with turbo is smooth as silk. The optional Air Body control suspension makes for a fantastic smooth ride.

My work schedule is brutal, so I really appreciated their early drop-off. I came in at opening, left the keys, and by lunch my Terrain had oil and tires done. They also did a multi-point inspection but didn’t scare me—just gave me a list for the future.
2022 Mercedes-Benz E-Class review
The confidence you feel driving a Mercedes’ is unmatched, unfortunately there are few discrepancies ..The seats are too confining, you can’t squirm or move in any direction. I think these movements are necessary for long term driving.A lot of the options the car has are complicated to use and some even unnecessary. As for the handling, braking, response time is excellent! my sixth Mercedes, but it’s my first new One!! The overall experience thus far has been Great !! Bravo Mercedes!

2019 Mercedes-Benz E-Class review
Great driving and solid car. I especially love the handling and ride for cruising the beach. When the twin turbo hits you with that boost she is fun to drive. She gives you balanced power at the helm and take in that confidence that this lovely lady gives. Pop the top and then really take in that beach Sunset. E-450 4matic Cabriolet Excellent Ride from a classy and sassy dame.

I have 2019 450 4matic coupe with the bells and whistles. Fantastic luxury sport car. Super smooth, powerful, beautiful, reliable, and good highway gas milage (32mpg) at 80. Originally leased then liked so much I had to buy. Nothing but routine maintenance for 75k miles.
