I bought a 2016 Red E400 4Matic coupe with 49K miles on it in Dec 2023. I've had no problems with it and have only brought it in for it's once a year maintenance (I drive less than 10K a year). My only other expense was slapping new tires on it. The vehicle has the right amount of tech on it, and it's a smooth on the road and quick on the pickup when I need it. This is my first Mercedes (lifelong Toyota and Lexus owner) and can definitely say this will not be my last Mercedes.

I have a 2018 E400 Cabriolet. It is a great car. We use this car for the summer and for driving vacations. Mileage is very good,30mpg on the highway. Can not stress the comfort enough great road car, smooth ride, quiet, great handling, and cornering. Very nice styling and beautiful interior great sound system, heads up display, virtual dash is customizable with many options. A real pleasure to own and drive. a pleasure to drive.

I enjoyed working with Brian. He was prompt with follow-through. He was thorough and honest. I found an older Audi roadster somewhere else at a better price. I didn't use financing; i just paid cash. I am keeping my eye on the Audi roadster at CIT. Would go back to CIT.

I have had 3 of these over the past 18 years, the most recent being for the past 8. Same model - E350 4Matic. This model is solid! Before I purchased my first E350, I checked with Consumer Reports on reliability, cost of ownership,etc. This car came out as RECOMMENDED and it does not disappoint! I'm sorry if people who have reviewed this car negatively have done so based on limited personal experience. But as a long time E350 owner, I can tell you if you take care of this vehicle, it will love you back. I have had VERY LITTLE go wrong with my cars, so the 'high cost of ownership' just does not come into play if you do what you are supposed to do while owning it.

I got my Mercedes-benz 2016 E class E400 saloon/sedan V6 back in 2016. The vehicle currently has 34,637 miles and has been phenomenal. That M276 engine has performed magnificently without any issues at all. Not one scratch or dent not even any swirls exterior paint. The two tone designio interior leather as well as the exterior obsidian metallic black is just like day one when new. All electronics functioning perfectly no issues. The only thing I had to replace was the battery which is perfectly common after several years. All maintenance has been performed over the years as scheduled. No oil leaks or leaks of any fluid. It's been nine years since I had my E400, and I can see many more to come. Being this my first Mercedes-benz I can say confidently this has been the best vehicle I've ever own hands down.

Deal done and he took the time to go through all the paper work and found us fantastic deal on the finance then before we knew it we were on the road in our new car, he even gave it another quick wash before we left. It's rare to find a car buying experience like this and someone that will be open and honest about your car of choice. The confidence you feel driving a Mercedes’ is unmatched, unfortunately there are few discrepancies ..The seats are too confining, you can’t squirm or move in any direction. I think these movements are necessary for long term driving.A lot of the options the car has are complicated to use and some even unnecessary. As for the handling, braking, response time is excellent! my sixth Mercedes, but it’s my first new One!! The overall experience thus far has been Great !! Bravo Mercedes!

I recently had a back tire blowout on the 605, as I was passing the dealership. Lucky for me, I was able to get to the dealership and Tyler had his guys put the spare on for me, with no charge. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes! I purchased my car here and have been getting my car serviced here for the past 5 years. Tyler and Aisleen (service reps) have always been extremely helpful, professional, and knowledgeable about my car. They have also spent extra time working with the warranty company to make sure everything is getting covered appropriately. I know my car is in good hands when I bring it here.
