Awesome experience from start to finish. Even though I didn't buy a Porsche I was still treated with top tier service. Everyone was excellent from the receptionist, to my sales person Rachel, to the finance manager Gina. Great driving and solid car. I especially love the handling and ride for cruising the beach. When the twin turbo hits you with that boost she is fun to drive. The confidence you feel driving a Mercedes’ is unmatched, unfortunately there are few discrepancies ..The seats are too confining, you can’t squirm or move in any direction. I think these movements are necessary for long term driving.A lot of the options the car has are complicated to use and some even unnecessary. As for the handling, braking, response time is excellent! my sixth Mercedes, but it’s my first new One!! The overall experience thus far has been Great !! Bravo Mercedes!

Overall, a well-built automobile. Over the terrible roads that exist in New Jersey, the car can be a bit harsh but stable. I am happy with the choice of model and it performs very well.

Owned for a month so far. Aside from a slight rattle occasionally in the passenger door everything is great. Still on the 1000 mile engine break-in but it is very quick. Gas mileage is running about 20 MPG in town and 29 on the highway. Very comfortable and feels very much like a luxury car. Traded in a 2016 Audi A6 which was also a very good car. The E450 just feels more luxurious and quicker. Slightly better steering feel as well.

Friendly, no-pressure, knowledgable staff with quality automobiles and a fast and easy buying process second to NONE! Would definitely recommend! I travelled an hour to the dealer and was well worth the trip! LOVE MY RIDE!!!!!

I have had 3 of these over the past 18 years, the most recent being for the past 8. Same model - E350 4Matic. This model is solid! Before I purchased my first E350, I checked with Consumer Reports on reliability, cost of ownership,etc. This car came out as RECOMMENDED and it does not disappoint! I'm sorry if people who have reviewed this car negatively have done so based on limited personal experience. But as a long time E350 owner, I can tell you if you take care of this vehicle, it will love you back. I have had VERY LITTLE go wrong with my cars, so the 'high cost of ownership' just does not come into play if you do what you are supposed to do while owning it.

I bought a 2010 lexus sh250s, it had a bad window motor and trunk latch. The owner said is was willing to fix it, if I bought the car. That week the part came in and it was fix immediately. I would definitely buy another car from here . Another thing I didn't deal with any of the b.s you will find at 90% car lot and they didn't have crazy fees !!

My 4th Mercedes-Benz. I have had a GLK, C CLASS and two E Class’s. I currently have an E Class. AWESOME! High levels of refinement, lots of equipment, comfortable, and drives very well. Before you buy a new cheaper car I would definitely look at a used Mercedes-Benz. It may be worth your time.

Mr. Tate was very professional and we liked him a lot. Good story and set-up to buy tire/rim package. Lots of pressure to buy that. Got us with one key upon leaving after transaction was done. Keys usually run around 500.00 and can be negotiated, so watch out for that. It was not disclosed to us that the car came with one key! That was a miss in our part and we should have known better. Because of having only one key it hinders me from using BMW ID as you need both keys for that. Overall, happy with the car.

I'm replacing a 17 y/o E-320 that I loved. I am now infatuated with the New 2021 E-450 4 matic it just so happens to be the Motor Trend car of the year. Very nice exterior styling. Fantastic interior. all the latest technology and a great interior. The strait V-6 with turbo is smooth as silk. The optional Air Body control suspension makes for a fantastic smooth ride.
