Sadly, due to circumstances, the process took longer than normal (nobody at fault, just life). Once we visited and talked to salesman, Sales Mgr. and took test drives, the process was smooth and mostly painless. All questions were answered and never felt pressured at any point of time. These cars are very very reliable, the engine gives the driver of power over and stability over most other cars, the car is very quiet considering the 300 eye popping, seat of the pants performance, the E class makes you feel like a spell person, and you would be if you bought one today.

I have owned my 2017 E 300 for 5 years. It has been the finest car I have ever own. It is enjoyable to drive. It's a baby S class. I searched and purchased the 2017 e300 with P3 package. The lane keeping assist is the most advance in 2017. The engine is a 4 cylinder but it handles like a V-6. This car is leader for luxury, driving and durability.

Owned for a month so far. Aside from a slight rattle occasionally in the passenger door everything is great. Still on the 1000 mile engine break-in but it is very quick. Gas mileage is running about 20 MPG in town and 29 on the highway. Very comfortable and feels very much like a luxury car. Traded in a 2016 Audi A6 which was also a very good car. The E450 just feels more luxurious and quicker. Slightly better steering feel as well.

My luck! I went to get motors to pick up a Volkswagen Tiguan, very clean. The car had a malfunction, but is was taken care of very quickly. I’m a mechanic, with a little patience and love everything worked out beautifully. They were even nice enough to deliver the vehicle to my residence. This has been my 5th MB, and is one of my favorites to date. It is an E400 4-matic coupe. Looks great, and even though 6 years old, most people think it is new. performance is not track-worthy but perfect for touring and everyday driving. Has been bulletproof mechanically and i consistently get 22-24 mpg average with spirited driving. Having the old screen is cumbersome, but I'm sure they have fixed it with newer models.

I have had 3 of these over the past 18 years, the most recent being for the past 8. Same model - E350 4Matic. This model is solid! Before I purchased my first E350, I checked with Consumer Reports on reliability, cost of ownership,etc. This car came out as RECOMMENDED and it does not disappoint! I'm sorry if people who have reviewed this car negatively have done so based on limited personal experience. But as a long time E350 owner, I can tell you if you take care of this vehicle, it will love you back. I have had VERY LITTLE go wrong with my cars, so the 'high cost of ownership' just does not come into play if you do what you are supposed to do while owning it.

I had a Bronco I wanted to trade in after deciding to downsize so I sent in an inquiry to Wayne Ford using cars.com. I was a bit skeptical since I’ve never used the app, but their team reached out rather quickly and gave me a ball park for my trade-in through text. I took the drive over from Philly and met the representative, Eric, who reached out to me. I took my new vehicle for a test drive, sat down to discuss my trade in and he did everything in his power to help me get the price I wanted for my trade. I had two other dealerships in the area who were calling me for my trade-in but Eric did a great job hearing me out and pushing to maximize the trade in value of my vehicle while coming down on the price of my new car. After some back and forth, he got me in the ballpark of where I wanted to be and beat out the other two offers I had. It’s nice to be back in a spot where a car salesman wants to compete for your business and doesn’t fall back on the high chance that someone will come in and pay an absurd amount over MSRP. The financial representative, Jordy, was a great help as well. He wasn’t pushing or pressuring me to purchase a bunch of extra warranties I wasn’t interested in, he simply walked me through the options I had with Wayne Ford, what each covered and the costs associated with each one. I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle here. Ask for Eric Federico and I am sure he and the team at Wayne Ford will take care of you!!

Overall a great car. The service is on the expensive side but the car is a pleasure to drive and really make long trips enjoyable. Compared to other cars I have owned the annual cost will probably be even or slightly higher but I expected it when purchased.

I have 2019 450 4matic coupe with the bells and whistles. Fantastic luxury sport car. Super smooth, powerful, beautiful, reliable, and good highway gas milage (32mpg) at 80. Originally leased then liked so much I had to buy. Nothing but routine maintenance for 75k miles.

Very reliable car. Extremely low maintenance. Fast and powerful biturbo makes it really enjoyable. Great way to save when driving. Did I mention, it's really comfortable with a great audio system.

Have 40k and only maintenance has been annual oil changes and a new set of tires. Ride is super comfortable, interior is total luxury. First Mercedes we have owned, owed BMWs and Porches, and would definitely buy Mercedes again. Get compliments from anyone riding in the car. Only nit is navigation, but we use Apple CarPlay so no big deal
