After purchasing a vehicle through online, I found myself in a bit of a predicament when an issue arose with my car. The hassle of dealing with a third-party warranty was already daunting, but when I discovered that the warranty online car service claimed was valid had actually expired, I felt overwhelmed. I ultimately decided against going through the hassle of resolving the warranty situation with the third party warranty that the online car service offers, as I plan to return the car to the online car service to swap out for another car. I have had 3 of these over the past 18 years, the most recent being for the past 8. Same model - E350 4Matic. This model is solid! Before I purchased my first E350, I checked with Consumer Reports on reliability, cost of ownership,etc. This car came out as RECOMMENDED and it does not disappoint! I'm sorry if people who have reviewed this car negatively have done so based on limited personal experience. But as a long time E350 owner, I can tell you if you take care of this vehicle, it will love you back. I have had VERY LITTLE go wrong with my cars, so the 'high cost of ownership' just does not come into play if you do what you are supposed to do while owning it.

The car buying process at European Engineering was an easy and enjoyable process. The saleman (Dennis) was very helpful and a down to earth guy, not a sleazy salesman whose trying to get rid of the car. In addition to the great salesman, their willingness to accomodate and work with the customer is unparalelled with any other dealer I’ve been to. While looking iver the car throoughly, Dennis was there the whole time tk answer any questions I had as well. The test drive route Dennis knew was also a thorough route that really allowed me to get to know the car. The car itself was in fantastic condition and was reasonably priced, so you’re not going to pay too much for what you’re looking at. Lastly, when picking up the car and completing all the paperwork, it’s a straightforward process with no hidden or surprise fees, very simple. Overall, I’d highly recommend this dealer to anyone interested in used European cars as they’re just a fantastic dealer to work with.

I bought a 2016 Red E400 4Matic coupe with 49K miles on it in Dec 2023. I've had no problems with it and have only brought it in for it's once a year maintenance (I drive less than 10K a year). My only other expense was slapping new tires on it. The vehicle has the right amount of tech on it, and it's a smooth on the road and quick on the pickup when I need it. This is my first Mercedes (lifelong Toyota and Lexus owner) and can definitely say this will not be my last Mercedes.

Overall, a well-built automobile. Over the terrible roads that exist in New Jersey, the car can be a bit harsh but stable. I am happy with the choice of model and it performs very well.

My 4th Mercedes-Benz. I have had a GLK, C CLASS and two E Class’s. I currently have an E Class. AWESOME! High levels of refinement, lots of equipment, comfortable, and drives very well. Before you buy a new cheaper car I would definitely look at a used Mercedes-Benz. It may be worth your time.

I bought this to replace an aging Audi A6. Wanted similar luxury, safety, and tech in a bit of a smaller vehicle. While I got what I was searching for, there is definitely a significant change in the luxurious feel in the ride. My 2019 Audi definitely had a more lush and comfortable feel. This E class is a 4cyl TC while the Audi was a 6cyl. I know that make a big difference on power. This E class is not under-powered, it's just that the Audi was a beast. If I had to make the purchase again, I'd get the 6cyl E450.

I have a 2018 E400 Cabriolet. It is a great car. We use this car for the summer and for driving vacations. Mileage is very good,30mpg on the highway. Can not stress the comfort enough great road car, smooth ride, quiet, great handling, and cornering. Very nice styling and beautiful interior great sound system, heads up display, virtual dash is customizable with many options. A real pleasure to own and drive. a pleasure to drive.

I love this car! It looks great, handles wonderfully and the ride is exceptional. I went with the 2020 model because I don't care for the grill design implemented since 2021. I got the traditional grill with hood ornament which is what I preferred. The only disappointment for me was not having a touch screen. It's a bit cumbersome to manually navigate through all the screens using multiple inputs (especially while driving) but I'm getting accustomed to it. I would recommend this car to anyone!!

Owned for a month so far. Aside from a slight rattle occasionally in the passenger door everything is great. Still on the 1000 mile engine break-in but it is very quick. Gas mileage is running about 20 MPG in town and 29 on the highway. Very comfortable and feels very much like a luxury car. Traded in a 2016 Audi A6 which was also a very good car. The E450 just feels more luxurious and quicker. Slightly better steering feel as well.
