Great service, ready when promised. Not the nicest BMW dealership I?ve been in, but not the worst either. Ranked- Grapevine, Plano, Arlington, Ft. Worth. Everyone was really nice though and of course they do have a lot of great cars to browse. German manufacturers make the best cars and BMW is the best of the Germans.

Great driving and solid car. I especially love the handling and ride for cruising the beach. When the twin turbo hits you with that boost she is fun to drive. My brother-in-law recommended that I check out car max when needing to purchase a good used car. First I went on line to see what cars were available. I found exactly what I wanted, in my budget, at the Plano location. Luis Delatorre, my fabulous agent, at the Fort Worth, River Ranch Blvd., had the car transported to Fort Worth and I purchased it on sight! I have a 2018 E400 Cabriolet. It is a great car. We use this car for the summer and for driving vacations. Mileage is very good,30mpg on the highway. Can not stress the comfort enough great road car, smooth ride, quiet, great handling, and cornering. Very nice styling and beautiful interior great sound system, heads up display, virtual dash is customizable with many options. A real pleasure to own and drive. a pleasure to drive.

After looking at various Mustangs for a couple of days, and walking away from a couple of deals because of bogus dealer fees, overpriced vehicles, or mechanical/cosmetic issues, I reached out to Palomino via the cars.Com app. Really didn't have high expectations. Doing research I found they didn't have any ridiculous dealer fees. I was curious but pessimistic. However Dennis reached out to me and I came in after work for a test drive. He had the car out front ready for me. It was super simple, pretty much as soon as I walked in he got a copy of my license, handed me the key,and told me take my time. I looked over the vehicle then drove it. I took it around for a while, on my own (some dealers send the salesman with you on the test drive). When I came back Dennis already had the numbers ready. Very straightforward. The online price was the price. There was a doc fee if $150, an inspection fee of $43, and standard TTL. NO DEALER FEES! The price was fair and the process super easy. No pressure at all. No constant barrage of texts, calls, and emails. I decided to put a deposit down since it was late and come back the next morning with payment. I showed up the next day, the process was about 10 minutes and I was on my way in a very nice, well taken care of 2018 red Ford Mustang convertible. The car was great, the price fair, but what really struck me was how chill Dennis was. I'm pretty sure he wanted to sell me a car, but he was so nice and easy going it was like buying from a friend you have known for years. I would definitely buy here again, and do recommend Palomino motors to anyone looking to get a quality late model vehicle at a fair price. Ask for Dennis, tell him you saw Jason's review.

I have had 3 of these over the past 18 years, the most recent being for the past 8. Same model - E350 4Matic. This model is solid! Before I purchased my first E350, I checked with Consumer Reports on reliability, cost of ownership,etc. This car came out as RECOMMENDED and it does not disappoint! I'm sorry if people who have reviewed this car negatively have done so based on limited personal experience. But as a long time E350 owner, I can tell you if you take care of this vehicle, it will love you back. I have had VERY LITTLE go wrong with my cars, so the 'high cost of ownership' just does not come into play if you do what you are supposed to do while owning it.

I have 2019 450 4matic coupe with the bells and whistles. Fantastic luxury sport car. Super smooth, powerful, beautiful, reliable, and good highway gas milage (32mpg) at 80. Originally leased then liked so much I had to buy. Nothing but routine maintenance for 75k miles.

Service was pleasant and communication was good. Repairs made were just what I expected. My service advisor was very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining things.

Everyone in the service department are friendly and knowledgeable when it comes to answering any questions I have. They always go above and beyond to help me with any issues I have.

Traded in my 2011 Mercedes convertible for a used E400 2018 sedan. With 45,000 miles. It is loaded with every safety option available and a host of other options including the $5400 upgraded stereo with a subwoofer in the trunk, massage seats, heated front and rear seats with front heated arm rests, heated steering and front cooled seats and more and run flat tires. I’ve driven the car for two months and my only complaint is the speed control remembers your last speed even if you turn off the speed control, ( only forgets when you shut the car off). If you accidentally hit the speed control shaft in a parking lot the car launch’s ahead scaring you half to death before you slam on the brakes. Beside this anonymity, I love this car. It’s fast and can adjust exactly how it drives. Economy, comfort and sport, it’s like owning three different cars. In sport, the steering wheel tightens up and it sits in a lower gear for rapid gas pedal response and flys around corners with planted ease. With the 4 MATIC it drives in the rain as if there is no rain. It also came with the self adjusting shocks so it eats up large dips in the road. The radio is amazing but I would not put it in a new one. The adaptive suspension is with every penny. I love the cooled seats and now I’m spoiled. Overall for the price I paid as a used certified MBenz, with safety features, an older driver , or any driver, needs it’s a bargain. I smile every mile. Also auto drive is great but takes some getting used to. At first I lightly held the wheel now I hold the wheel tighter. It helps you feel like your driving and it’s helping. I

Christy B is wonderful. My wife Mona and I chose EchoPark for our daughter Juanita’s first experience getting a car. Christy is very knowledgeable and multitasks well. She explains the ins and outs very clearly. We most definitely will be back. Our experience has been great. She even took pictures of us with a bow on the car. I am a repeat customer at BMW of Dallas. Craig Jurgens was exceptionally helpful and thorough during the exchange of my 2024 X3 for a new 2026 X3 and located the exterior color that I wanted for the new purchase. We had a test drive and he showed me every new feature that has been added from 2024 to the new 2026 X3. 5 STARS.

I bought a 2016 Red E400 4Matic coupe with 49K miles on it in Dec 2023. I've had no problems with it and have only brought it in for it's once a year maintenance (I drive less than 10K a year). My only other expense was slapping new tires on it. The vehicle has the right amount of tech on it, and it's a smooth on the road and quick on the pickup when I need it. This is my first Mercedes (lifelong Toyota and Lexus owner) and can definitely say this will not be my last Mercedes.
