He went above and beyond, taking the car for my mom to test drive, helping me through the loan process, and finally dropping the car off to my mom in spectacular condition. I dealt with about 7-10 dealerships prior to working with Tom and no other dealership was willing to go the extra mile to ensure that my elderly mother was accommodated while I was hundreds of miles away. Great driving and solid car. I especially love the handling and ride for cruising the beach. When the twin turbo hits you with that boost she is fun to drive. She gives you balanced power at the helm and take in that confidence that this lovely lady gives. Pop the top and then really take in that beach Sunset. They had exactly what I was looking for and the sales person was the most knowledgeable person we talked to after a day of car shopping. He knew the answer to all our questions and was very considerate and respectful. We arrived when another customer was already there. He came and let us know that he was going to finish with the other customers and then he would be right with us. When the other customers took a little while he came back to check on us and offered us water. He was considerate of the customer who he had been working with as well as us. That means a lot in business! He showed us all the cars we wanted to see and let us drive the one I picked. He was very clear and upfront about what had already been taken care of and what was as is. Hi the dealership is wonderful as the staff are extremely knowledgeable and they have great service, but the only thing that hurts them is the price. The cars are thousands of dollars higher than other place I looked so did not buy from the dealer.

I mistakenly sold my 2012 E350 in 2023 thinking I should upgrade to an SUV. I regretted selling the wagon, though the 2020 MB GLB was a very nice vehicle. So I found a 2011 E350 wagon and couldn't been happier. Maintenance is key, yes. But the leather (not MBTex) wears very well, and the exterior is flawless.

Excellent customer service with quick turnaround on the repairs done. Keep me informed about my vehicle. Will be returning in the future and will recommend to family and friends.

Overall, a well-built automobile. Over the terrible roads that exist in New Jersey, the car can be a bit harsh but stable. I am happy with the choice of model and it performs very well.

He never rushed me or made me feel pressured but instead focus on making sure I was comfortable with my decision.

I had a great experience with Mo and AJ. If you go there looking for a Range Rover or a high-end Audi just know that no matter where you buy that car it's going to have problems. There's about $800 in fees, pretty standard at dealerships like this one. The prices ar quite a bit lower than CarMax and other dealerships, so just kind of factor that in and you're still getting a Fair Deal out the door.

The car had almost no blemishes on the exterior. The interior was in fantastic condition. The drive was everything that I imagined it would be. Extremely satisfied with the vehicle

These cars are very very reliable, the engine gives the driver of power over and stability over most other cars, the car is very quiet considering the 300 eye popping, seat of the pants performance, the E class makes you feel like a spell person, and you would be if you bought one today.

My experience at this dealership was great! Garret was my salesperson and he was very experienced and did a great job helping with my car purchase. He gave me the keys and I knew it was the one. I test drove the car and it drove perfectly. The tires looked pretty new and the inside had no damage. The cars on their lot are very clean and maintained. Sam was who I worked with on the financing and he was very thorough in explaining all the options that I had. All the people there that I met were very nice and friendly. I would definitely recommend this car dealership.

I have had 3 of these over the past 18 years, the most recent being for the past 8. Same model - E350 4Matic. This model is solid! Before I purchased my first E350, I checked with Consumer Reports on reliability, cost of ownership,etc. This car came out as RECOMMENDED and it does not disappoint! I'm sorry if people who have reviewed this car negatively have done so based on limited personal experience. But as a long time E350 owner, I can tell you if you take care of this vehicle, it will love you back. I have had VERY LITTLE go wrong with my cars, so the 'high cost of ownership' just does not come into play if you do what you are supposed to do while owning it.

This was my first experience with Mercedes Benz of Grapevine. Our sales associate Bria was very accommodating and professional. She took the time to listen and find my wife the exact car she has dreamed of. I generally hate the car buying experience but Bria was a joy to work with. We will be back!

I bought this to replace an aging Audi A6. Wanted similar luxury, safety, and tech in a bit of a smaller vehicle. While I got what I was searching for, there is definitely a significant change in the luxurious feel in the ride. My 2019 Audi definitely had a more lush and comfortable feel. This E class is a 4cyl TC while the Audi was a 6cyl. I know that make a big difference on power. This E class is not under-powered, it's just that the Audi was a beast. If I had to make the purchase again, I'd get the 6cyl E450.

Customer service was top notch from everyone I encountered there. Will definitely not be my last visit and would definitely recommend them!

I’m not easy to please, I will state that right up front. It may be because I spent 30 years as a Naval Intelligence Officer, so my expectations are normally hard to please/reach. I have to say, hands down… this was the best car shopping experience I have ever had; and at 53, I have had quite a lot. 

 I was so impressed with my first online contact with the dealership in asking about a particular Mercedes vehicle pretty late at night… it was around 9pm. Someone actually responded letting me know they were closed, but would assign me to someone. I was like wow… and it was not a bot. That was impressive. The icing on the cake and the reason for this 5-star review was because of one of their Sales Experience Managers by the name of Shara Freeman and her boss (not sure his title), but his name is Dereck. Both great personalities without the “sleezy” sales person vibes. I was in shock (because I have never seen this kind of personality with a sales person before) in how non pushy and down to earth they both were. It was because of her and Dereck I purchased the vehicle that I did. I felt like Shara really pushed for me to get the price I wanted and make the deal work, either that or she deserves an Oscar. I expect Shara will be moving on up their corporate chain in to time, they would be crazy to let this one get away. Also, be aware they do not add any additonal fees minus the ones you are accustomed to (Taxes, Tags, Title, etc.). No crazy 4k dealer fees or asking 10k over MSRP here. I also appreciated they are people of their word. I asked for something to be repaired on the vehicle that I wanted, and they kept their word in getting it fixed even though I already signed the papers and took the car home. How many times were you promised something, only to try and get that something done and they act like you never discussed it with them… not Shara and Dereck, they got fixed what I asked the very next week in one day. If you read most of their negative reviews, it’s from the service side and not the sales side, so keep that in mind.

 In closing, I can see why as a car dealership they are rated so high, which is a feat in and of itself. This place is the real deal and if you want the ultimate car shopping experience without the uncomfortable push... ask for Shara, you will be glad you did. — No hype.

Owned for a month so far. Aside from a slight rattle occasionally in the passenger door everything is great. Still on the 1000 mile engine break-in but it is very quick. Gas mileage is running about 20 MPG in town and 29 on the highway. Very comfortable and feels very much like a luxury car. Traded in a 2016 Audi A6 which was also a very good car. The E450 just feels more luxurious and quicker. Slightly better steering feel as well.

I have owned over 30 Mercedes-Benz cars. Unfortunately, I have a G wagon that caught a flat and nobody could figure out how to pull off the cover to get to Lugnuts. I called many places finally went into the dealership service couldn't help except for me to buy the tool $70 PEAUX Benson sales manager went out of his way to pull the G wagon apart to figure out where they hid this little device. It took him a long time, and he finally found it agreed second effort. He deserves a A great review this professionalism is rare in the world we live
