New car died only 4800 miles. Mercedes towed it. Excellent support. Took a few days to determine what happened. Lots of software updates were required. Sterling took good care of me because I was out of sorts and questioning my decision to have purchased this car. Sterling did a good job calming me down. We moved our business from another Mercedes dealer because Darren was EXTREMELY knowledgeable about the Mercedes autos, options, process, timeline, etc. He did NOT use any pressure whatsoever. he focused on educating us to ensure the vehicle was EXACTLY what my wife wanted.
