Mercedes-Benz of Georgetown review
I had a great experience working with Drew Mackenzie (service advisor) and Raymond (lead technician). Drew was extremely helpful, professional, and transparent throughout the entire process. He kept me updated every step of the way, answered all my questions, and really went above and beyond to make sure I understood what was going on with my car. Raymond did an excellent job on the repairs. You can tell he takes pride in his work, and I felt confident knowing my vehicle was in good hands. Everything was handled thoroughly and with attention to detail. Car repairs can be stressful, but both Drew and Raymond made the experience much smoother. 2023 Mercedes-Benz EQE 500 review
Had this vehicle for about a month and I have to say it's the most amazing thing I've ever driven! It's so quiet, smooth, and maneuverable with the all-wheel steering. And driving it with one pedal has been a very satisfying experience and gives you so much control. Plus, that quiet interior has made enjoying the superb Dolby Atmos sound system, playing Spacial Audio via the integrated Apple Music app, even better. It's like being in a personal sound studio! And add to that the hot back massage, ambient lighting, and, air balance fragrance system makes it a wonderful place to relax and unwind. The whole design is beautiful IMHO and truly reflects Mercedes's design language of "Sensual Purity", especially the front interior. I only wish it had a longer range, but with everything it offers, I'm OK with that until the battery technology for EVs improves. One final note. The HEPA filtration has been such a godsend with all the smoke from the Canadian wildfires and makes the inside air so fresh. After driving this, there's no way I want to go back to an ICE vehicle as it's just so superior in every way!

2023 Mercedes-Benz EQE 500 review
It was an awesome selection, however, we know all the bugs are still being worked out on this EQ line (E), but it’s been in the shop for three weeks, however, I have a loaner EQE 350, which is working great, but it not my EQE 500, with more bells and whistles, especially that twilight blue.🥲

A+ all the way! I could not have asked for a better handling of my problem. Service writer ?Tom? did an outstanding job. He took care of my repair problem plus he noticed I had a service call coming up in less than ten days so he made sure that was also done. That saved me form having to come back again to have that done.
