Impex Auto Sales review
Good cars, excellent variety, friendly staff. Pricing is "transparent and competitive", but allows little in negotiating. Overall, a good experience. Warranty covers 5 days and 300 miles. Based on that, I did not do a PPI other than my own walk around. Clutch slave gave out at 170 miles and 3 days. I had it towed at my expense ($258). The Sales team has worked to resolve this and I appreciate it (although not offering to pay for the tow). The Service team tried to blame me as being rough on the car. . .really? Right out of the gate you want to blame the customer. How about replacing the clutch fluid since there was no indication it has ever been done? Water and corrosion were likely. Then the service rep tried to tell me it worked fine when they (service) did the pre-sale inspection. Also told me clutches and associated components were't covered. Appears service and sales are separate entities that may not work well together? Can't say, but that's what I was told and there seems to be a disconnect. Either way, I expect to have the car back soon. I will update this response as needed. As of today, Sales is driving the solution and has done the right thing. Pending the resolution, I would buy here again.

Superior service! From entering the dealership to the hands on delivery and instructions, I received top tier customer service. The incomparable management staff-Ryan, Josh, Mustafa and of course General manager Josh Vaughn all went above and beyond and made me feel so welcomed and like family. Kyle, my sales associate was new but you would never know it- he was super knowledgeable about my GLE 450 some things I can’t even remember! He went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied even down to cleaning the rooftop. He has a great sense of humor and made the experience that more enjoyable- also made me a bird origami! Can’t say enough great things about this dealership and the AMAZING staff and management! Trust me, you won’t be disappointed. The selection of luxurious vehicles are vast and they won’t stop until you are totally satisfied with your purchase.

I am very pleased with the vehicle I purchased from Leith Mercedes Benz. The salesmen, Keith and Marcus are both professional outstanding nice gentlemen. Keith came out to inquire about the type of vehicle I was interested in. He explained the different makes and models as well as some of the features on each. In his absence, Marcus stood in for him. Marcus explained everything to me - the paperwork, the workings of the vehicle inside and outside and answered questions concerning the paperwork and any other question I needed answered concerning the purchase my purchase.
