Absolutely love the exterior styling of the sedan. There have been no problems and it’s only been to the dealer twice for software recalls. Biggest problem is rear visibility. Never back up unless you have a big area and nothing to hit. However, it will warn you before you hit something. This is a problem at charging stations.

I am 76 years old and always owned a Mercedes among other cars. It is, by far, the best car I’ve ever owned. It is quiet fast and comfortable. I enjoy driving it and I could enjoy it more if I read the manual and learn how to use the electronics. I have owned it for 8 months and have about 7,000 miles on it without any issues so far. From 20% to 80% charge it take about 30 minutes, depending on the charger. With an 80% and a 100% charge my range has been 340 and 420 miles consecutively. If I have to be critical, I have to say that, perhaps because of the aerodynamic design, I find it a little more difficult to get in and out of it as compared to my AMG S Class.

We had an excellent experience all staff very helpful and friendly. It's was the best experience we've had at a dealership. They are so straight and transparent about everything we've asked. By far they exeded our expectations.

I have owned this car for 5 weeks. 1800 miles so far. Drives like a dream. This is my 4th ev/hybrid. By far the best. The most quiet and smooth ride I have experienced. I have seen range of 370+ miles on a full charge. Highly recommend.

A Mercedes first. This is the ultimate electric car as it now sets the standard. I have owned it for 2 months now and everything about the EQS 450+ is impressive. Amazing range at over 350 real world miles, incredible comfort and luxury. It is the best electric car I have owned so far.

The car is great. The charging sucks. The MBUSA EQS Support is worse. MBUSA mis-represented the free charging and I think they should be called out for poor decisions. MBUSA added a concierge call in number but these people know less about the car and support services they I learnt in 2 months. You need a strong dealer and a good relationship with them to cover the mess MBUSA mad. Really love the car.

Beautiful car. Duplication of sensors triggered interior alarm which needs to be deactivated within the car and on the key fab. Radio has many interruptions due to no satellite coverage.

We have been shopping for a specific pre-owned Kia for about a month now. Have visited two dealers prior to Van Nuys Kia and interacted with about 8 other dealers via text, phone or email. Hands down, Umer Farooq at Van Nuys Kia is the absolute best. We had a price in mind that we were willing to pay, asked him to let us know if he had any cars that fit our criteria and send a written breakdown of the total out-the-door price. And he did! Well, our experience with Tony was Fantastic! We found a car on the internet that we wanted and proceeded to go out there to purchase. Upon our arrival, Tony greeted us without delay and processed our request. We were out of the dealership within 1.5 hours, now that's a record! He got us our approval in a timely manner and it was all good!!! I would definitely work with them again. Now about the markup, it seems all the dealerships mark up and in order to stay in business so I don't worry too much. Plus the fact the car we purchased was in pristine condition with low miles it was worth the markup and the drive. I am a satisified!
