This SUV looks very cute, drives extremely well, highly maneuverable, very stable, and is easy to park anywhere. Its interior is fabulous. It remains stable in cross winds and in tight corners.

I’ve never leased a car before. Mercedes Benz of Austin made this a great experience. Adrian was extremely knowledgeable and efficient. I enjoyed the beautiful show room and all the people I met.

We have had our GLA 250 for 9 months now and absolutely love it. Great handling and ride comfort. Big enough for hauling small pieces of furniture. It’s our first Mercedes. No wonder people buy one.

Ruben Gallegos was excellent and very professional to deal with. We purchased the car via the Costco program, and were able to manage everything where we just had to drive to the dealership to pick up the car. He also walked us through all the features and offered to answer any questions when we had the car at home. Excellent service!!

I had downsized from a Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited edition, & I’m not disappointed at all ! The handle on this vehicle is amazing! It really makes you feel safe while driving! Great dealership and they have plenty of car models and options to choose from, really clean spacious facility and seems very organized. They offer competitive pricing and are competing tough against Dallas, Plano, Houston market as well. The Sales Associate was very quick to respond and provided me a final number within minutes of my first interaction and cut-out lots of back and forth that usually happens with car buying at dealership. Also, he was proactive in ensuring to request my address, driver license and other documents so the car was practically ready once I reached the dealership. The location of the dealership is also a plus point, literally off the main freeway in North Austin. The staff in general has a no-frills, straight to the point personality and it really makes you feel that you are making your own decision and they don’t try to oversell, but rather help you find a vehicle based on your request and budget. Smoothest ride ever. You feel safe in this car and your overall visibility is great. Saved on gas already and interior is great and seats are very comfy Mercedes app gives you a chance to start engine from a distance snd reminds you to lock car if you forget. Verbal commands to Mercedes makes calling folks if changing stations real easy

Just got the 2023 gla 250 4matic. It’s good looking inside and out and drives very well, comfortable and sporty in perfect combination. My only knock would be the front seats seem a little small. You have to do a lot of option thinking to get exactly what you want and are willing to pay for but otherwise a good value.

I'm very pleased with the service. The customer care service is excellent. I recommend this dealership to anyone who's looking for a Mercedes.

After purchasing our GLA 250, 5 yrs ago, 1; our long distance travel includes -to date- 5 times (LA/PHX) - in addition to several "local" trips(Midwest w/o a single problem! 2; We have yet to switch from "E" to "S" - since 'she' already acts as an "Italian" sports car on "E"! "Drawback" 1: Our initial concern was the more expensive hi-grade gas (91/93). However, we do get 31 mpg on combined city/hi-way driving. 2: A trifle too tight for luggage at long distance trvl and/or transporting i.e. skis.

I had such a great experience working with Erica Curry. From the very beginning, she was incredibly responsive and helpful texting back quickly at all hours, narrowing down options with me, and even driving 3 hours away to get the exact car I wanted herself to ensure it would be ready in time for us to see it. As a new mom, my time away from my baby is limited and precious, and she truly respected that by making the whole process as smooth and efficient as possible- working hard behind the scenes to coordinate all the moving pieces so that everything was ready to go so I could leave with a car I genuinely love. You can really tell she cares about her clients and takes pride in what she does. Highly recommend working with her!
