This SUV looks very cute, drives extremely well, highly maneuverable, very stable, and is easy to park anywhere. Its interior is fabulous. It remains stable in cross winds and in tight corners.

I had no choice, my car of 20 years, which I bought brand new in 1999 was done. With so many websites ( I looked at several), I was not sure where to go. Then someone mentioned Car Max to me. I looked on line and saw a few cars I was interested in. The next weekend I drove to Colma to checked out and test drive a couple of cars. I decided to ask about Hybrids...you had 2. I test drove one of them and could not resist. I bought it. I was very impressed with the buying process. It was quick, easy and believe it or not relaxing since the sales person completed the paper work for me. Yes, I had to sign several sheets but that was a given. Something I was dreading for the past two years, was so surprisingly easy I couldn't believe it!!!

I have driven only American cars since 2006, they normally come with lots of bells and whistles, so it was funny to see an ash tray and CD player in the vehicle. I like the way the car handles. It is smooth to drive and comfortable. Not too big and not too small.

Linda handled the paper work which was very complicated due to my being a 100% disabled vet and entitled to special plates This is the first dealership I have encountered who knew how to process the asinine, paper work required by the DMV,[ dept. of mutual vilification ].

Saved on gas already and interior is great and seats are very comfy Mercedes app gives you a chance to start engine from a distance snd reminds you to lock car if you forget. After purchasing our GLA 250, 5 yrs ago, 1; our long distance travel includes -to date- 5 times (LA/PHX) - in addition to several "local" trips(Midwest w/o a single problem! 2; We have yet to switch from "E" to "S" - since 'she' already acts as an "Italian" sports car on "E"! "Drawback" 1: Our initial concern was the more expensive hi-grade gas (91/93). However, we do get 31 mpg on combined city/hi-way driving. 2: A trifle too tight for luggage at long distance trvl and/or transporting i.e. skis.

I had searched long and hard for a 2011 Mercedes Benz E350 BlueTec. They are rare and hard to find in a good quality car. When one that looked like an excellent candidate surfaced in the cars.com search engine, the people at Mercedes-Benz of San Francisco went above and beyond to get us the information we asked for and needed to make an informed decision about the car. The staff worked after hours to secure our confidence that this car was the one I had been looking for, so I made the 300 mile drive on a Sunday to make it happen. I was greeted warmly and everyone there was professional, efficient and they treated me with courtsey and respect. The car was all it was advertised to be and even more, and the decision to purchase was an easy one. They assisted me in finding financing at favorable terms. After the sale an associate spent nearly an hour with me teaching me how to use all the features of my new car. If there was anything at all I was dissapointed with, it would be the offer extended for my trade-in. However, it was not out of line with what I had been offered by other dealers. The dealership is a beautiful building with a bright and inviting atmosphere. In summary, I am very, very pleased with my new E Class, and I would highly recommend Mercedes Benz of San Francisco to anyone shopping for a car. We purchased a CPO C250 from a nice sales lady named Veronica Cheung the other day. She is fair, patience and professional, She made a stressful process a pleasant one. Although the detailing job of the C250 was not perfect, there are quite a few slight "noticeable defects"....worn-out volume switch on the steering wheel, dried excessive wax on cravasses of the body, some chipped paints, dusts on some internal area...etc. With the assurance of the Purchasing Manager and Veronica, I am sure all these minor things will be taken care of when I bring my car in when the promised part arrives. Kudo to The Mercedes Benz of San Francisco managment team, you folks really understand what Great Customer Service is ! PS. The ladies at the reception desk are very pleasant and helpful too, excellent first impression!

I recently purchased a used Mercedes from Autobahn Motors. Our salesman, Mike Nazari, was absolutely the best! He sent me background information on the car before I arrived, had the car ready for me to see and showed us several alternatives upon my request. The dealership has so many cars on the lot it would be hard not to find what you are looking for at Autobahn Motors. We ended up buying the original car we had selected.
