Our salesman, Landon Crane, is new and even didn’t have his business cards yet but he’s gonna go far. He was extremely polite, willing to answer questions and had no problem getting up to ask about an answer he wasn’t certain of. I appreciated he wasn’t pushy, condescending, or fake. He may be young and just getting started but you won’t go wrong by requesting him for your salesman. 2017 Mercedes-Benz GLA 250 review
After purchasing our GLA 250, 5 yrs ago, 1; our long distance travel includes -to date- 5 times (LA/PHX) - in addition to several "local" trips(Midwest w/o a single problem! 2; We have yet to switch from "E" to "S" - since 'she' already acts as an "Italian" sports car on "E"! "Drawback" 1: Our initial concern was the more expensive hi-grade gas (91/93). However, we do get 31 mpg on combined city/hi-way driving. 2: A trifle too tight for luggage at long distance trvl and/or transporting i.e. skis.

To give an idea of how well this buying experience was would be difficult. My secretary found the car I wanted at a price lower than I expected to spend. I contacted the dealer via Cars.com. Ernie got back with me in about 20 minutes. I asked for a buyers order and a video any imperfection on the car. I contacted my credit union who called and verified the funds available. I went the next day and signed paperwork. There was a problem that the door on the passenger side but Ernie had already put the car in the shop to repair. Meanwhile the finance guy thought he courage me some interest on the loan and surprisingly he did! Ernie brought the car to me the very next day in Hammond. Literally no stress at all. I’d call Ernie again at the drop of a hat!
