I traded mine in after 19000 miles for one reason, the run flat tires. they are $300 a piece and last 15000 miles. They might be an option, if you don’t mind putting new and expensive tires on every year but they don’t perform in snow after 5000. They don’t perform great when new to be honest, just better in snow with more tread. I loved the car, but living in hilly, snowy Pennsylvania, it just wasn’t practical. Think twice if you drive in snow or rough roads or just don’t feel like getting new expensive tires every year

Owned for 2 months, replaced a 2023 Buick Envision Avenir. Much better car, more comfortable, more luxurious. Used to Drive Lincolns, stopped as they are now made in China. Compared to Jaguar and Cadillac, clearly better car.

I absolutely love this compact SUV! Coming from a Subaru Outback, this is light years above and beyond for same year. A quiet cabin is my top want for buying a car. This cabin is quiet and relaxing inside. I’m tall and there is plenty of room. The seats are incredible! Can’t wait to take it on the roads in winter.

This is our second GLC 300. We love the size and features for our needs (two people). Good mileage 27-29+ around town, 30-32 highway. Smooth ride, easy handling, and I think, nice styling. Newer models have larger screen and are more electronically controlled from the screen. Fields of Orange Park, Fl. has great Service, not cheap, "Mercedes" nuff said, but they will take care of you.

Best car I’ve ever owned , very comfortable and smooth ride , great on gas . Also as long you do the proper maintenance the car will last you , had for for 3 years no problems whatsoever. I have owned glc300 AMG line for two years and I have positive things to say about it. Only critiques I have of this vehicle are the lack of more screens as there are still analogue speedometers on these year model. Interior could also be of higher quality materials. Rear is good

I love this car. Quiet and just the right size . Super comfortable on long drives. This is my first SUV and I love the visibility as compared to my small Mercedes that I traded in for this. The upgrades and cameras are so improved also. The only thing that could be better is if it was driverless!!!

I have had this vehicle for only one month so have not developed much experience with it. I did take it on a 1400 mile trip two days after purchase. It ran well, was very comfortable to drive, made for a very easy trip, was great on gas mileage, and it is very quiet inside the cabin. Seat comfort is exceptional and this, being our first experience with heated seats and steering wheel, was most enjoyable.

I have had a couple warranty-covered issues with my otherwise-wonderful 2018 Pacifica. At J-Star, there was no hassle and they even noticed another warranty-covered item and took care of it for me.

So i went in already knowing what i wanted. Had my appointment already made and he was there waiting for me no issues. It was kind of strange to me how he didn’t know where the vehicles were so we had to go look for it. We walked for a bit then got into another vehicle to search for the vehicle. I think the lot and vehicle locations should be better situated. The buying process was easy and smooth. When the car was purchased i was waiting for a final cleaning and check of the car. This took forever. When i finally got the car. The inside of the windows were still dirty you can see the finger prints and the rear emblem had some chemical in it that oxidized the emblem. It took them a long time to seem like nothing had been done properly. I did appreciate the person helloing me to keep checking on me and letting me know the status instead of leaving me. The clean process and check process of the car needs to be better managed. It shouldn’t take that long for a half xxx job.

I am a senior citizen and I want to feel secure while driving, and the SUV gives me that. I am on the short side so getting in and out was a new experience for me, but I learned how to manage it. Once, I found the seat setting the visibility is exceptionally good. It handles nicely on the road with quick pick-up, and the gas mileage is about average.

I just recently purchased a Mercedes M-Class from CarMax at Costa Mesa. It’s been a great month of getting to know my new vehicle! I waited 12 weeks from the date of order to pick up my new 2023 GLC, and it was definitely worth the wait! I selected the Exclusive trim, Driver Assistance and AMG Line packages with several add-ons, and I could not be happier. My previous car was a fully loaded 2019 GLC 300, and it was unfortunately totaled in early February on a road trip. My first one was the favorite car I had ever owned and it kept us so safe during our accident, so I knew I wanted a second one. I did not realize I would have to wait so long to get a new one but I am happy I did not settle for anything else. The drive is sporty and smooth, and very quiet. It has a slight hesitation from a full stop. Once you take off it picks up very quickly and sport mode on the freeway is great. The upgraded electronics have been easy for me to understand after I read through the owners manual. One recommendation I have is to turn off the automatic speed change if you are using cruise control and happen to go through a construction zone. The cameras pick up the sign and slows the car down very quickly. I prefer to adjust to those situations manually. The car feels a bit bigger and is so attractive and comfortable. It feels much more luxurious than my 2019 did, and in my opinion the upgrades are worth the price. I absolutely love this car! Happy Shopping!

Love the car. 4 cylinder turbo, it has enough oomph to get on the highway quickly, but very comfortable in day to day local commute. AWD excellent in snow. In E mode, engine stops when vehicle does; mileage is very reasonable. Given the grill, black exterior and cranberry-accented seats, it’s a head turner (“Mercedes on steroids” was one comment). Only complaints are have to duck head to get in- and I’m only 5’9”, and the trunk space in less in the coupe model (which also looks sleeker than the square back, so take your pick).
