Have owned since new, 90,000 miles now, the only faults with the 250 that I have is no spare tire, and only a 16+ gallon fuel tank, the plus side (never had a flat) it gets great fuel mileage highway near 40, (right foot controlled) 25 around town, very torqu'e engine, zero problems with car, wish they still delivered a diesel in the USA,

I just had a service recall at my home and Alejandro was sooo helpful. He explained the situation to me and made me feel comfortable with the execution. He fixed the problem and all is good to go! Thank you for providing such a wonderful experience.

We bought this car for my wife in 2020 at the edge of the pandemic. It had 55K km at the time and we now have 190K km. We have done the usual necessary maintenance services and it has been excellent and still is a great car for the value. I love it and particularly enjoy the diesel economical driving. Too bad Mercedes stopped making it.

i am the recent second owner from a family member that purchased new in 2013 and put 47k miles over 9 years. it is a comfortable& powerful. it has an attractive muscular design unlike all its competitors of its age as well as most now. not everyone wants a vehicle that is so similarly rounded as most the others. no wonder MB designed a boxier suv in the GLB. though the GLB is a turbo 4cyl fwd, making it less desirable imo.

I stopped in to look at the new hybrid CRV‘s just browsing went to the front desk. They called over a sales representative. His name was Bubba he helped me look at a couple of cars. Test drove them. I end up buying the brand brand-new 2020 5 CRV hybrid touring package. This deal was so easy. I’ve never experienced the deal this easy no hassling no nothing. Everything was perfect. Sturdy, reliable, comfortable cruiser, gets better mileage than expected, darn good car. I would buy this again. Since its an older car, it doesn't have all the driver assist tools but, I feel this is a very safe car.

I own a 2015 glk 350 4matic..natural aspirated v6..yes the electronics are out of date but if you buy a car tomorrow your too late for it still.overall the suv is as fast as a hemi dodge..handles and rides like a Mercedes and..the wind noise can be reduced with a new window seal..should be covered by Mercedes. Since the car is truly amazing even with that.Just play your favorite music and enjoy many smile along those miles ..currently I'm at 88k.and I've driven cross country multiple times..im.looking forward to my next

Owning 2012 GLK 350. Fast enough power , smooth drive. You can take on off-road and will do fine in sand or mud. 2x4 but still will crawl out of trouble. Looking for 2nd one for my wife.

I love the car but little things would definitely boost it. Currently there is a poor location for the usb port, the finish comes off the switches EASILY and there is poor leg room in the back. The accordion cover is a pain if something goes underneath it and it loves to eat a debit card. I have had my car for six years and now am having multiple things go out at once....none are cheap

Love it, handles well. Great looking style; not like any other car on the road. Did get snow tires though The GLK 4 matic is the way to go!

It’s a really good looking car especially in the pearl beige metallic Color and with the golden interior. Its seats are very comfortable and stylish. Only issues are that the car has problems here and there but that’s expected for a car that’s 12 years old. It’s a great starter luxury car!

I bought this car in June 2009 and still have it. I have everything on it except the rear DVD. One concern is the low profile of the tires for the 20" wheels. This makes it more susceptible to pothole damage and occasional alignment adjustments. Still, it's a great car. I also like the running boards because they prevent door dings.

It was actually the best experience with buying a car at a dealership I have ever had. Everyone we dealt with was top notch and very friendly. It only took 2 hours to get everything done. I purchased a Glk350 new in 2011, picking it up in Germany on overseas delivery. I have purchased at least 30 new cars, domestic and foreign, during my 75 years and THIS has been by far the best. I believe MB bult the original with a very specific aim for a premium product, unlike some of the other small vehicles they produce. I still own the car and am reluctant to buy another vehicle because this one has been bulletproof. No squeaks or rattles. 100% reliable for the 85,000 miles driven, with only regular maintenance (and I have performed most of it including oil and filter changes and even spark plugs and igniters). Performed all regular maintenace as scheduled. Comfortable, reasonably quiet, very stable, handles well and fast for a small SUV. Opted for the HK sound system and it is VERY good. Beautiful audiophile sound, no bass ramp up or distortion. Paint is still immaculate even with Florida sun. Interior has held up well with the exception of a tear on the driver's seat for which an OE replacement cover is readily available online. Only possible criticisms: Back seat legroom is not great for large adults, otherwise adequate and comfortable; uses premium fuel and gets about 23 mpg ave for me, but I drive less than 10,000 miles a year, so no issue; and transmission fluid change which was changed on the original schedule to 40,000 miles was somewhat expensive, but I did get a $200 coupon which offset half of it. For a small SUV it handles great and seems built like a tank. Truly like a more modern but small G wagon.

Purchased the car in Germany overseas delivery in 2011 and have driven it continuously for 11 years. The most reliable, practical vehicle I have owned and that includes more than 30 cars and SUVS, foreign and domestic. Other than routine oil changes, which I do myself, and filter changes, I have found it necessary only to replace the tires and brakes (at 75,000 miles even though they had some material remaining), the serpentine belt and bulbs. It is a comfortable SUV in the front seat, but minimal for adults in the rear seat. Durable materials, upgraded HK stereo is great. When I look at other cars to replace this one, I cannot find anything better. Still looks and drives like new. VERY well built.

I recently purchased a used vehicle from Mercedes of Sarasota. Let me start by saying that this isn't somewhere that I would normally be looking for a vehicle. Most vehicles there are way above my price point. They just happened to get a trade-in vehicle that met our needs and our price range. From the moment my wife and I walked in, we never felt out of place. We were greeted with smiles all around. CJ, our salesperson, was fantastic. He was thoughtful and had a good sense of humor, and answered all our questions. Long story short, we purchased the used vehicle (not a Mercedes), and shortly after, we started to notice something wasn't right with the transmission. We brought the vehicle back for an inspection, and that's where they really shined for us. From the sales manager, (I don't remember his name unfortunately) to the service manager Vincent, all the way to the wonderful ladies who set us up with a rental vehicle treated us with respect and kindness. I know this vehicle isn't even on their radar, compared to what they sell on a daily basis there, but you wouldn't know it by the way they responded to my issue. They partnered with GM to have a more in-depth look into the vehicle and found that it needed a new transmission. Not only did they take care of the whole thing, but they moved us into one of their own vehicles that was easily double the price of the vehicle I had purchased from them for the duration of the repairs. If this is the kind of service they provide for a used vehicle that probably ended up costing them money to sell after its all said and done, I can only imagine the service you'd get buying one of the actual vehicles with their name on it. I definitely recommend this dealership, I also recommend you ask for CJ. He was great. Sorry for the long review. It just needed to be said! 😁

This was my first Mercedes after several BMW's and Volvo's. I bought the extended warranty and never used it. Waste of money. This little SUV is very reliable and other than brake pads and rotors, I have done nothing to it. Currently have 83k miles and have had it since 36k miles. Have the MBTex seats. Not crazy about the feel or durability. The BMW equivalent is much better. Other than the seat material, I really cannot cite an issue or problem with the car.

Bought a 2024 Tucson SEL. Overall I love it. I’ve noticed in the less than two weeks I’ve owned it a couple of flaws. The automatic RADIO volume adjustment does not appear to work. And more problematic and safety oriented is the driver side sun visor. It is not the expandable (slider) variety. So you have to take your eyes off of traffic and duck your head to push it to the driver side window. NOT GOOD.

This car met all of my needs. Great car for daily drive. I love to drive this car for a long ride. So smooth and sporty.
