We are in our first five months and I seriously believe all the safety options have kept me out of at least two accidents. The car on the highway practically drives itself while giving me a message. Audio systems are excellent. The 450 GLS makes driving a bit of a joy.

I bought this vehicle is a retirement car. He moves great is responsive and very smooth. I wanted a retirement car for my retirement. I am 60 years old and I want that something that represent my current status with luxury interiors, beautiful blue color, and 20 inch wheels it is awesome looking. I can reach 70 in the blink of an eye any moves like it's going at 30 or 40 miles an hour. He has an awesome radio system. although it is not all digital, the radios are for listening. I have an excellent sound, System. Great interiors, great materials, great lighting if you're planning to buy a GLS the 450 is definitely one of your best choices.

I purchased the vehicle off of a lease in March with 60K miles. Overall I am pleased with the purchase. For the size the SUV is very nimble. The surround camera is a must. On a 350 mile round trip my 5'6" daughter-in-law had no issues sitting in the third row. I put the car seat for my grandson in the 2nd row drivers side because lifting the 2nd row back after 3rd row access is cumbersome and heavy on the drivers since you have to lift the middle seat as well. MB you have to make the 2nd row power back to upright position. Adaptive cruise control is outstanding but keep in mind you have to get the Driver Assistance package to get it. Harmon/Kardon surround sound is very nice. My big complaint is sometimes at speeds above 65 MPH there is front vibration. Does not happen all the time, sometimes I can cruise at 80 MPH and feels like I am sitting in my living room. I think it may have something to do with the Pirellis, I plan to switch very soon to Michelins. A very classy, roomy and comfortable SUV

This car is state of the art in human factors engineering. It has multiple layers of safety enhancements. Interior is very spacious. The 42 volt battery provides quick acceleration which allows the car to have no lag time when accelerating.

This dealership was honest and helpful, but we did not purchase a car here because they would not accept a PFFCU AutoDraft. They insisted on providing their own financing, or would accept a down payment and a cashier's check from the credit union.

I had written a review that was not so kind and after working with Carlos I am posting this new review because when I posted the first Review I received a phone call within minutes of the review I posted it was the owner Carlos to my surprise he responded right away and called me he asked me to explain the situation which I did that right there told me that he cares about his customers and his business I explained everything and Carlos intern explain things to me and I went back the next day and Carlos worked everything out to make sure that I was a happy customer in these days in time it is difficult to find that type of service he showed me that he cared and he wanted me to have the vehicle of my choice and make sure I was happy Carlos took the time to explain everything more than one time! He and his team do care and will work with you to make sure that you’re satisfied. He even let me take the vehicle to my own mechanic which was a good thing. I purchased the truck I wanted and have stayed in touch with Carlos he always calls me back and answers my questions. As I said before it is rare to find someone that goes the extra mile which is just what he did! If you go somewhere to purchase a vehicle I would suggest that you stop here first because he will definitely get the Customer Service that you’re looking for thank you Carlos for your time and thank you to your team for being quick and efficient. Owned this suv for 15 months purchased certified preowned with 33k miles and about half the price of new. The truck has only two issues to note but otherwise rides, drives and in all other respects is far and away the best automobile I’ve owned - which saying a lot for an old guy. The standard tires are nearly useless in snow and ice and we hope an aftermarket replacement will address the issue later this fall. The more annoying downfall is that although the ride is otherwise amazing, the truck handles sharp bumps very poorly - almost the feeling of a car with workout struts. I have had the struts replaced under extended warranty but the improvement was marginal. For most drivers the suspension issue wouldn’t likely be as much an annoyance but for my fellow ocders, be warned. I would buy the truck again, however.

I absolutely love the feel and performance of this suv. The electronics are state of the art. Excellent road performance in rain, snow or wind. My only complaint is the running board- it needs to be at least 1 inch wider. Actually dangerous in snow and ice.

I would give ten stars if we could. We had awful experiences just during our shopping process, at so many MB dealerships (lying about cars in stock, sales people with zero knowledge about their vehicles, and just really poor communication). We are so glad though because it led us to finding my dream car at MB FW, and the sale manager Matt M. communicated and made the deal come together quickly, he was fair, and transparent. He answered car questions and helped at least half a dozen times with my questions AFTER the purchase. Our sales associate Brittany (Meghan Markle twin) - she was SO kind, and SO patient. I was coming from a car that was almost 20 years old so my learning curve was steep. When we arrived she spent no less than an HOUR going through every last single button on the car and setting everything up for my preferences. She knew the car inside and out. We were floored, and didn't expect it but appreciated it beyond what we knew at the time because it was alot for my husband and I, both coming from our college cars that were before cars became so high tech. We appreciated her knowledge, after coming from another dealership where we tried to buy a car, but the sales woman couldn't answer ANYTHING, and kept pushing us towards a car she had in stock, when we had explained a bench versus captain seats were a non negotiable. We would have stayed with her for the search but she could not answer a single question about the car and also thought it was an electric vehicle until we pointed out it was a gas powered car with a battery feature. We lost out confidence at that moment. My husband and I buy and keep cars for the long haul and although car buying is an awful process usually, MB FW (Matt and Brittany specifically, went above and beyond on numerous occasions for us to make it a smooth transaction both before AND after purchase which is when you really learn about a sales persons character. We are so grateful.
