I have driven an S Class Mercedes since 1995. I have not owned anything else. This 2023 S 580 4matic is amazing. With four wheel steering, turns are tighter than you predict. The performance is more than I can handle today and more than adequate. Interior, comfort and exterior are all within my normal Mercedes expectations. After driving this vehicle for 30 years, I am not sure I can accept LESS. Most any vehicle is accepting LESS. I also own a 2020 Range Rover Sport supercharged V8. Just as impressive but not as comfortable. The S Class is what all other vehicle manufacturers are typically chasing to "meet". I have test driven many comparable cars, but none worth buying.

I have been a life long customer of Gene K. Once I learened he left his position of GM as one store to open his own, I followed him immediately for my next purchase. I just got my Porsche Cayenne delivered this morning and it is...shocker... PERFECT!!!! I am so proud of Gene and his team and the incredible business he has opened with his partners. It's an 2023 S-class Mercedes. That pretty much says it all. The fact the it is also a Plug in Hybrid just makes it even better. Plug in at home and you will hardly ever need to buy gas. Plus it is so smooth running on electric that you will love the car even more. Best one I have owned and I have been driving these since 1998.

I used to drive past this dealer many years ago and back when it was the BMW of Princeton dealership. I decided to stop in on the way to work. What a great job they did with the place. Since then I’ve been eyeing a Porsche Macan they have and anticipate going in for a test drive with my wife. She is due for a new car. I love the fact that they don’t push on you and let you breathe unlike many car dealerships I’ve been to. Real nice people. I wouldn’t be surprised if my dear is driving the Porsche home this weekend.

My new S-580 e has been nothing but spectacular in terms of its design, comfort and driving experience. It is probably the quietest car I have ever owned and there is no hesitation when accelerating from a stop or driving up a steep hill! Also, as a "e" model, it also operates in either full electric, hybrid or gas only modes, so the range is great!

I would like to take the time to thank Ms Patricia Medina Service Manager at Mercedes Benz in Union NJ. I brought my car in for service June 12, 2023 and a problem occurred. I went to Patricia office to explain my problem and right away she made me feel safe, and comfortable. Patricia was so professional, thoughtful, kind and understanding that after talking to Patricia I felt relieved from the stress that I was experiencing. Right away Patricia took care of the situation. It is a great feeling to know that there are people like Patricia Medina that takes there job serious and care about the people they work with. Thanks again Patricia for your professionalism. You are the best.

In trading in my 2019 s560e for the 2023 s580e. This is a unique vehicle and the use case for it is unusual - as the battery in the 2019 only had 19 miles of charge but, over the 3 years I had it averaged around 60 mpg. I didn't have any appreciable issues with it, but didn't drive it much - under 5000 miles a year, it was not my only vehicle and I work from home. The 2023 is far superior in interior comfort vs it's predecessor. I don't like the grill and lights as much, but the ride comfort power, and efficiency of the power plants are amazing. In my first 500 miles - averaging over 130mpg. The battery is 60 miles - give or take. Now, unless you have a charger at home, or home and work, that are free to use or truly inexpensive - this is where you can shellacked. Charging stations are a huge rip off -- they are so expensive - when you do the math, the same amount of fuel to get the same number of miles is equal to near $20 a gallon, if my math is correct - and it is. So, long distance in this car - isn't practical at all. It's for around town - small commute - less than 50 miles EACH way, again if you have charging at home and you have solar to produce your own electricity, or the cost is way higher than gas. This car is a very unique use case.... and if you aren't this use case - the car isn't practical. But, it sure does ride nice and the interior is off the hook, mine is fully loaded - and that says alot for an S class.

Extraordinary experience at Ray Catena of Freehold! Steve Chanis, Sales Manager, did everything he could to make me feel like a valued customer. Appreciate the sincerity and ability to trust him and Anthony Nadino. Dylan also did a very thorough job going over how to use all the features in the car. Overall, very positive experience and absolutely different than the several other Mercedes Benz dealerships I stopped in before making my purchase. Highly recommend this dealership and the team of professionals I had the pleasure of working with.

Car is great. Dealer not knowledgeable. My wife is about 5 ft tall. They (the dealer) could not get it so that she could see the heads-up display. Suggested using a cushion, or possible raising the seat with spacers -- but they (Mercedes) couldn't do that. Finally a friend was able to get it set up. Three people in the dealership couldn't even get the rear cup holder to come out -- that was due to some bad Mercedes design. After we got the car, we recieved som messages from Mercedes about the car and the financing -- all came in German! These are all small nuances that we can overcome. One positive thing about the buying experience is that I knew the exact options I wanted and was prepared to order (and possibly wait for months) to get it. They found one a few hundred miles away and had it it 2 days! Very impressive. The car we love.

Let me start by saying I walked out this dealership with a 2022 330i. I have NEVER had a deal go so smooth and add in the fact I was upside down. Josh and his team were super professional to say the least. People are never this honest when buying cars and I have NOT been paid for this review. HAPPY CUSTOMER HERE!!!!!

We purchased a second car here. I’m impressed with the no pressure and easy going nature of this dealership. Sales people are helpful. Unlike many dealerships they encourage you to take a test drive and give you the time and space to you need to get a good feel for the car.
