MBZ S-class always 5 ***** vehicle. The most luxurious , comfortable, car I ever drove . I highly recommend it . My old Mercedes S-class has 200,000 miles and not a single problem.

We purchased a new MB GLE at the Mercedes Benz of Orange County dealership a few weeks ago and had an amazing experience. I want to single out Mr. Michael Paccione, who was very knowledgeable and helped us find the perfect car for our needs. He was patient and answered all my questions. We have been looking for a new vehicle since November 2023, and the purchase involved the trade of our old car. At that time, we agreed on the trade-in value. However, searching for the right model took longer than anticipated, and we got our new wheels in January 2024. Although the Blue Book value of our trade-in vehicle dropped in 2024, the dealership honored our agreement made in November of 2023. In addition, the dealership gave us another discount for the inconvenience of waiting so long for the delivery of our new car. The financing options presented by Mr. Thomas Tzimoulis were explained in detail and were also reasonable. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used car.

I just picked up my S580 Lux-Line in Emerald Green over Sienna Brown, and I am absolutely thrilled with the purchase. I have owned five S-Class models since 2010, including this new one, and I can say this is the best iteration yet from an overall perspective. While I still think the W222 was the best-looking (especially my 2019 S560 with the refreshed look and AMG pack), this new one does not disappoint at all. The Emerald Green is stunning in the sunlight, my favorite color yet. And the interior is on another level from a luxury and tech standpoint. I loved the interiors of all the S-Class models I've owned, but this current one is my favorite. The seats are super supportive, and the vast amount of tech is amazing. The new infotainment screen takes time to learn and get used to, but I feel the "Hey, Mercedes" function makes doing small things like putting in a Navigation request easier than going through the main screen. From a driving perspective, the ride is the best yet, just like gliding on a cloud. I've been lucky to have driven Bentley's and Rolls-Royce's in my lifetime, and this ride is as close as I've seen the S-Class come to being even with those vehicles on this front. And, the V8 is plenty punchy when needed, so it can be a fun vehicle to take on windy roads if you so desire. Overall, a wonderful vehicle and a bargain when you compare it to the other super-luxury vehicles on sale. I'm looking forward to the next few years of owning such an awesome car.

I have driven an S Class Mercedes since 1995. I have not owned anything else. This 2023 S 580 4matic is amazing. With four wheel steering, turns are tighter than you predict. The performance is more than I can handle today and more than adequate. Interior, comfort and exterior are all within my normal Mercedes expectations. After driving this vehicle for 30 years, I am not sure I can accept LESS. Most any vehicle is accepting LESS. I also own a 2020 Range Rover Sport supercharged V8. Just as impressive but not as comfortable. The S Class is what all other vehicle manufacturers are typically chasing to "meet". I have test driven many comparable cars, but none worth buying.

Saw the g class bought the class in less than 3 hours. Alfonso the sales guy was a PRO! He did FaceTime walk around. I've been shopping for weeks and this dealership had it priced right. From NY to Texas. Will let you know about the shipping and final outcome and one last point NO hidden xx fees like doc destination or whatever. This is a first class Merc dealer.

S450 is a great value. Plenty of power. Very comfortable. Quiet and smooth ride. Don't need the big engine. Would definitely buy again. Very dependable.

BEST CAR WHAT WE HAD !!! It is solidly built, quiet, and smooth. I'm a big guy, 6'3" and big-boned, with two younger children that require car seats. There is still some room behind me with the seat backed up all of the way. The features and smart key are a nice touch.

As a proud customer of BAS, I am extremely delighted to disclose my positive experience to all customers who appreciate quality service. It has been about 4 years since I purchased my luxury SUV from them and everytime I go there for service, the job is always done effectively for a marginal fee. Recently, my truck couldn't move forward and backward and I had it towed to them. To my big surprise, I had it back yesterday (11/20/19). While I was expecting a monster bill, to my big surprise, the invoice was zero. When I asked why, the answer was: " What was done, only required a nominal charge", and as a customer, that charge was fully discounted. In my opinion, any other place would have charged at least $2,000.00. Thus, with that experience, coupled with many others, I am proud to recommend BAS to anyone who's purchasing or servicing a motor vehicle. It's an 2023 S-class Mercedes. That pretty much says it all. The fact the it is also a Plug in Hybrid just makes it even better. Plug in at home and you will hardly ever need to buy gas. Plus it is so smooth running on electric that you will love the car even more. Best one I have owned and I have been driving these since 1998.

I had exceptional experience purchasing my E400 Coupe with Steven David from Benzel Busch. Since getting my first license back when I was 16, I bought and sold 10 different cars and Steven by far exceeded any of the sales person I have worked in the past. He was very responsive to all of my emails and phone calls. I almost got a reply back within 5 minutes from sending an email and we had many emails back and forth as I was purchasing a vehicle out of state. He was very detailed and truthful when describing a vehicle that I was purchasing. There were few times where he reached out to me first on items normally you wouldn't expect sales person to. My new S-580 e has been nothing but spectacular in terms of its design, comfort and driving experience. It is probably the quietest car I have ever owned and there is no hesitation when accelerating from a stop or driving up a steep hill! Also, as a "e" model, it also operates in either full electric, hybrid or gas only modes, so the range is great!
