Nicolas, our service advisor, kept us up to date during the entire repair process and even sent us a video when the car was being inspected. He was great! We had to have new valve lifters and a new motor mount so the work on our car was pretty extensive. The work seems to have been done well, time will tell. Land Rover South Atlanta review
I had a service appointment and dropped off my Jaguar that morning and needed a ride to work so an awesome service rep name Clyde assisted me with a shuttle ride. The shuttle driver’s name was Nygil and he made my commute very comfortable and also educated me along the way about the Range Rover we were riding in. My husband and I were on the hunt for a used Land Rover LR2 in good condition with low miles. We live in West Columbia SC and were finding very few options that met our criteria/price range in our area. After making 2 different 3 hour drives to see cars that weren't exactly what we were expecting, we were starting to think maybe we'd never find the right car. Enter Persichetti Motorsports. We contacted them early on morning, by the end of the day they had our financing worked out and we had an appointment to see the car the next day. My husband made the drive solo and was very impressed with not only the car but the helpfulness of their staff. The rest of the process was a cake walk, even with ne not being present during the initial visit. We learned through this process that purchasing a car long distance doesn't have to be uncomfortable or risky. Persichetti has gained new lifelong customers in us because of their quality customer service and of course the amazing car they helped us find.

Overall it was a good deal for me. The dealer made promises and kept them. The Tesla is great! The price was good. However, I felt the dealer fees were ridiculous and they insisted I give them thousands above the actual registration and taxes. Though I was able to recover the excess taxes/registration withheld, it felt very much like the used car salesman treatment. I would recommend the dealer, but be prepared to play reindeer games. If you do not like these games, buy your used Tesla directly from Tesla.

Mercedes-Benz of Knoxville review
Just bought a nice used Maxima here this weekend. I will have to say that Brandon Comer (sales) and Javier Escobar (finance) were a pleasure to deal with. Such down to earth personalities, friendly, sincere, and helpful. I actually identified a vibration / wheel issue with this vehicle during the test drive. They did not hesitate to address the issue fully and we were able to finalize the deal in a couple of days. Other that that small hiccup, the dealwas so simple and painless. My wife and I would definitely consider buying from this dealership again. It is a beautiful establishment and everyone we came in contact with were so nice and thoughtful.
