He was very patient with all my questions and helped me compare different vehicles while I was deciding. He was quick to follow up and checked with his manager Fernando when needed to help move things forward. Fernando was also very supportive and helped make sure everything went smoothly. When I picked up the car, Noah spent close to an hour walking me through the features. I was a little hesitant at first because there was a lot to learn, but he explained everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable with the car before I left. From my first telephone call with Vinnie to inquire about the Porsche 911 the had advertised, to the morning I walked into the dealership I felt very comfortable this was someone I could work with. I was greeted with genuine smiles and a warm welcome. Vinnie was incredibly professional and obviously knowledgeable about the car. My questions were all answered in detail and made me feel as if I was a long-time valued customer. Harrison Barnette was very understanding of my unique situation. My home and a vehicle had been destroyed by the November 3rd tornado in OKC. I found a very similar truck online, and Harrison was somehow able to hold the truck even though I had no firm date for delivery due to everything that I was experiencing. Minneapolis: 3AM: Awake, Can’t sleep. Doom scrolling nationwide for a new Mercedes, and after being dismissed by my local Mercedes dealers, I found the car I wanted at Sisson Mercedes in Washington, Pennsylvania. Filled out the “I’m Interested” tab, not expecting to hear anything back, and a few hours later…It was 3AM after all…I got an e-mail from Kristin Presutti at Sisson Mercedes about the car I was interested in…Being we are both Italian, She made me an offer I couldn’t refuse and I now await my new Mercedes to arrive in Minneapolis from the suburbs of Pittsburgh. It’s now days later and I have yet to hear from my local Mercedes dealers…I have been buying cars since 1979 and Kristin is truly the best salesperson I have ever dealt with. I cannot recommend her highly enough. Simply outstanding.
