Mercedes Benz of Oxnard is an outstanding dealership for purchasing a car. From the moment we called to when we got there until we left. No pressure; they made you feel welcomed as part of a new family member. We drove from Lake Elsinore to Oxnard because Jesse(J-Rod, as my husband named him) was a warm and caring salesperson. The presentation and information on the website were clear and truthful. I have a large family and love this van however I wanted a 2016 with low miles because i did not want the high top. This is my every day van because I have a six kids and I love it . It drives like a minivan and is my favorite car ever! I the dealership we bought from was ... ok .

Beautiful car as pictured. Needed a number of things addressed that you could not see in pictures. Manager was very persuasive about making sure all the things that needed attention would be addressed but I was concerned that there was more than I could see in a short drive and inspection. Would need some more time to make sure that the vehicle was as advertised. Just not comfortable completing purchase Still a beautiful vehicle, was very hard to not complete purchase.
