I love the Metris Cargo Van. Great on gas and tons of room in cargo area. You only need a 5' 8" clearance so you can park in a garage or parking garage like in high rise buildings. It's a smooth ride, functional and looks cool.

I live in TX, It was out of state purchase. I bought car without test drive. car came clean, full tank of gas. most important no surprise. all made east by Derek Jones. Simply The Best. Jones Great response with timely manner. good Follow-up. polite very respectful, Easy and smooth transaction. Stephanie Vaughan was very good as well. only feedback they need to sand paper work wright away. not 3 week later. some stat like Texas car need to register with in 30 day to avoid penalty.

From my first visit to completing the purchase, the whole process only took two afternoons and was surprisingly smooth. He was very patient with all my questions and helped me compare different vehicles while I was deciding. He was quick to follow up and checked with his manager Fernando when needed to help move things forward. Fernando was also very supportive and helped make sure everything went smoothly. When I picked up the car, Noah spent close to an hour walking me through the features. Overall experience was quite good. I had in mind when I went to the dealership what I might want which was an E-class EV or plug-in hybrid, especially after seeing a review of the car on PBS's Motor Week show. In late December I dropped by the dealership, And I was greeted promptly by Marc Castillo who was quite helpful finding a PHEV on the lot when it initially appeared there might not be one available to drive. While I was disappointed that there was just one plug-in hybrid on the lot and not my preferred color or options. I liked the car except for that, and Marc followed up promptly. On a follow-up visit in late January, Helen Bozkurt took over the sales process quite seamlessly. After that visit, she followed up quickly and was very accommodative to scheduling the next visit to work on making a potential deal. She was able to help me make the deal/price I wanted. The rest of the sales process went well, including the sales finalization and financing paperwork done very efficiently by Stuart. Helen provided excellent post-sale follow-up. I still need some help on the inefficient headlight dimmers and setting the charging times at home, as it does not seem to work per the instructions in the car operating manual as described on page 340.

Purchased new a month ago, very active weather since. Driven to NYC in snowstorm and over the mountains to Pittsburgh in ice storm. Handling and stability were awesome considering such a high profile vehicle. A lot of active safety and stability features. Interior appointments and infotech could be more up to date, but the basics (Bluetooth and USB) are there- acceptable as its mission as a cargo van. Plenty of payload and towing capacity for its size- quite maneuverable and serviceable with rear wheel drive. Low end torque for confident acceleration. Cloth seats with manual adjustments are comfortable, a lot of hard plastics-as expected in a work van. Got a good price, great trade in offer, and a low APR with MB Financial. MB is making a push to promote their truck lines in the USA with their new Charleston plant, they will give Ford a run for their money.
