We just bought a 2025 Maverick from Chris Wheeler at Weber Ford in Granite City, and I can honestly say this was one of the best car-buying experiences we’ve ever had. This does NOT refer to either my dealer's sales or service departments, both of which are excellent. But I have to relate that a life-of-the-car part, the steering control module, failed at only 8,500 miles, and as luck would have it, just after the new car warranty expired. It required two visits and over $1400 to repair. I've not heard anything from Mercedes about even a partial reimbursement- not that I really expect anything.

I had the absolute best experience at AutoNation in St. Peters, MO. My salesperson, Anthony Smith, was upfront, knowledgeable, patient, and kind throughout the entire process. He never pushed me into anything—he made sure I was comfortable at every step and even gave me helpful tips on what to look for during a test drive. I later learned Anthony is somewhat of a local celebrity here in St. Louis, and it’s easy to see why. His approach and personality made the whole experience authentic and enjoyable. I also want to recognize Nate, the sales manager, who worked hard on my behalf to lock in the best deal for my situation. He truly went above and beyond to make sure everything lined up in my favor. And finally, Cameron in finance made the paperwork side of things stress-free. He explained warranties and add-ons so clearly that there was no need for pressure—the way he laid everything out spoke for itself. Because of his clarity, I was able to confidently choose what mattered most to me without feeling pushed. Altogether, this was hands-down the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had at a used car dealership. Anthony, Nate, and Cameron earned my trust, and I won’t hesitate to follow Anthony wherever he goes when I’m ready for another vehicle.

I love my 300C with the AMG Package. You get a much sportier look and drive. The car rides very comfortably in Comfort Plus but you can put it in Sports Plus and it becomes a whole different car. It feels like the car stiffens up and the Torque is immediately right there. Also, the AMG Package comes with great brakes! At this price point, you're going to hear a slight wind noise at higher speeds and the back seats don't have a lot of legroom. But, as an entry-level Mercedes, this is the best Mercedes for value in my opinion.

Didn’t make my purchase here due to lack of budget. But anyway this is a great private dealership, nice guy works there with the true passion to automobile. You can definitely find some good piece of arts in there.

This car displays a beautiful, timeless design. For being six years old now, it still has the ability to keep up with today?s super cars. Additionally, great for long distance trips or cruising around town with it?s fantastic comforbility. I must admit though, the rear end is a bit shakey.

This car should be classified as an “exotic”. The S550 Coupe is by far the best vehicle I’ve ever owned. Well, our 2008 S63 AMG was a monster, but very heavy. The ride is harsher than expected over rough roads, but it isn’t close to a deal killer. The interior is perfect, but the controls were clunky at first….until you get used to it.

Worked with alex long. He was upfront with me on the jaguar xk that i was interested in. He replaced the top, at their expense, and shipped the jaguar to my location in ft myers. Originally quoted $900 for shipping and it was only $700. I would highly recommend this company. Alex is one of the owners.

The SLS AMG Coupe is my daily driver. The trunk holds my golf clubs without taking out the driver. Unlike other exotics, I bought the extended bumper to bumper warranty from Mercedes for 7 years, 75000 miles for $3500. The ride is a little better than my 2013 Porsche Carrera, but definitely a sports car. The gull wing doors are easy enough to reach and close that my 70 year old wife who is 5'2", 106 lbs, has no trouble reaching or closing. It has all the technology, beautiful fit and finish. In my opinion the most beautiful car made in the last 10 years. The exhaust sound is terrific.

I had a great experience at this dealership during my car purchase pursuit. Although I ended up selecting a car from a different location, it was my interaction with Matt (sales associate) and Becka (sales manager) that made it a very difficult decision to purchase another car. In the future, all of my referrals and my 1st stop will be to this location because the customer experience is top notchi!
