We built/ordered 2024 GLC300 for my wife in May 2023. Took delivery on 12/1/2023. Darren Shin was our sales advisor. We moved our business from another Mercedes dealer because Darren was EXTREMELY knowledgeable about the Mercedes autos, options, process, timeline, etc. He did NOT use any pressure whatsoever. he focused on educating us to ensure the vehicle was EXACTLY what my wife wanted. If I had a sales opening in my firm, he is exactly the high performing sales person who I would hire!! Kudos and well done.

The Mercedes Benz GLE 350 is by far the best luxury SUV we have ever owned. I truly can't praise it enough. I honestly didn't need to take it out on the road to be convinced, I was still in the parking lot and knew I wasn't leaving without this vehicle. The interior ambient lighting and the personal welcome message when I get in is 2 of my favorite features of this vehicle. Also love that we can program the seat adjustments too, no more having to adjust the seat back to where I need after my husband drives it, just hit a button and my seat is back on the position I need. And I have never drove anything that drives this smooth!!

Initially Carl was standing in the rain as I got out my vehicle and I asked him why was he standing in the rain? He replied that came out to greet me. Carl listened to me and brought out some options but they didn’t speak to me. We decided on a specific model and I gave them 3 color options. Given that Carl was still learning the sale was finally assigned to Dwayne. Dwayne shared that he would loop Carl into the purchase. Dwayne and I discussed my desires as we conversed in a little small talk, while remaining professional. Dwayne brought the Manager into the conversation and shared my interest with him. Dwayne worked diligently on confirming the vehicle for me. We closed the deal. Owned for 2 months, replaced a 2023 Buick Envision Avenir. Much better car, more comfortable, more luxurious. Used to Drive Lincolns, stopped as they are now made in China. Compared to Jaguar and Cadillac, clearly better car.

Traded in my older Mercedes and leased a new one, the sales rep was great, very helpful and listened to our needs, this is the third time we used him

I traded mine in after 19000 miles for one reason, the run flat tires. they are $300 a piece and last 15000 miles. They might be an option, if you don’t mind putting new and expensive tires on every year but they don’t perform in snow after 5000. They don’t perform great when new to be honest, just better in snow with more tread. I loved the car, but living in hilly, snowy Pennsylvania, it just wasn’t practical. Think twice if you drive in snow or rough roads or just don’t feel like getting new expensive tires every year

This warranty repair will require Mercedes Benz to open a service campaign. The dealership was not able to cure the problem with the seat control memory. The service tech tried and completed an update that did not work. They will be reaching out to Mercedes Benz for their assistance and imput.

We got our EQB 300 with Pinnacle trim in September and we love it. It is easy to drive and has excellent performance for our needs. You can drive this car with one foot and rarely have to apply the brakes until you need to stop. Handles well at high speeds.

Everything was done online before I arrived. We talked on the phone, they sent photos and videos. I came and everything matched. That’s rare. Usually the surprises start on-site. Not here. Respect for the honesty.

I love my GLB but two months and ten days, after the purchase, the engine needed a repair which was covered by the warranty. However, we were planning a lengthy trip and was thankful this did not occur while we were a few thousand miles from home. Me and My Mercedes are still trying to figure our communication out. I prefer Waz or Google Maps to their GPS system. Advance notifications of turns and such are better. Other than these issues I love driving her, Gilby.
