my service representative was very professional and courteous. i have been using this location for 4 years snd the service and experience is always very good. my only complaint is the fact that they charge a 3% of total cost if you use a credit card.

I bought this to replace an aging Audi A6. Wanted similar luxury, safety, and tech in a bit of a smaller vehicle. While I got what I was searching for, there is definitely a significant change in the luxurious feel in the ride. My 2019 Audi definitely had a more lush and comfortable feel. This E class is a 4cyl TC while the Audi was a 6cyl. I know that make a big difference on power. This E class is not under-powered, it's just that the Audi was a beast. If I had to make the purchase again, I'd get the 6cyl E450.

MBZ S-class always 5 ***** vehicle. The most luxurious , comfortable, car I ever drove . I highly recommend it . My old Mercedes S-class has 200,000 miles and not a single problem.

I just picked up my S580 Lux-Line in Emerald Green over Sienna Brown, and I am absolutely thrilled with the purchase. I have owned five S-Class models since 2010, including this new one, and I can say this is the best iteration yet from an overall perspective. While I still think the W222 was the best-looking (especially my 2019 S560 with the refreshed look and AMG pack), this new one does not disappoint at all. The Emerald Green is stunning in the sunlight, my favorite color yet. And the interior is on another level from a luxury and tech standpoint. I loved the interiors of all the S-Class models I've owned, but this current one is my favorite. The seats are super supportive, and the vast amount of tech is amazing. The new infotainment screen takes time to learn and get used to, but I feel the "Hey, Mercedes" function makes doing small things like putting in a Navigation request easier than going through the main screen. From a driving perspective, the ride is the best yet, just like gliding on a cloud. I've been lucky to have driven Bentley's and Rolls-Royce's in my lifetime, and this ride is as close as I've seen the S-Class come to being even with those vehicles on this front. And, the V8 is plenty punchy when needed, so it can be a fun vehicle to take on windy roads if you so desire. Overall, a wonderful vehicle and a bargain when you compare it to the other super-luxury vehicles on sale. I'm looking forward to the next few years of owning such an awesome car.

On 7/25 we brought our 2013 auto in for service. We continue to return, although being solicited by a dealership closer to our home because of Hee Soo Hong. He continues to keep our car in the best possible shape. We just had new tires, all levels checked, our air conditioner serviced and whatever he felt necessary. I have driven an S Class Mercedes since 1995. I have not owned anything else. This 2023 S 580 4matic is amazing. With four wheel steering, turns are tighter than you predict. The performance is more than I can handle today and more than adequate. Interior, comfort and exterior are all within my normal Mercedes expectations. After driving this vehicle for 30 years, I am not sure I can accept LESS. Most any vehicle is accepting LESS. I also own a 2020 Range Rover Sport supercharged V8. Just as impressive but not as comfortable. The S Class is what all other vehicle manufacturers are typically chasing to "meet". I have test driven many comparable cars, but none worth buying.

After entering my 2020 E450, I got a display message that said "12V Battery. See Operator's Manual". Sent a quick note to Mitch Griffin thinking after 5 years a new battery was probably needed. He responded and after contacting RBM, Jordin Mendez was dispatched to my house. In about 20 minutes, the battery was replaced. Great job by Mitch, Jordin and my phone contact at RBM. Much appreciated!

I was looking at purchasing a 2021 E53 cabriolet remotely. David Olsen was fantastic and spent the time taking pictures and walking the vehicle facetime with me. The whole experience was amazing including follow up and additional questions and transactions months after the original purchase. Michael Mills made me feel very comfortable with making my first 'sight unseen' very large purchase. It is very hard to put your trust in someone to be your eyes and ears for you when you are thousands of miles away, and you can't even take a 3 day trip to fly in and check things out for yourself. Michael made me feel very comfortable with this situation. He answered all of my questions via phone, text, and emails. He even sent me some detailed pictures and videos that pertained to my questions and concerns. They all went the extra mile even with setting up and scheduling the pickup and delivery of the vehicle via a car transport company with a covered trailer. Michael sent me updated info with pictures of the pickup and loading of the vehicle when it was on it's way to me. My local servicer, who received the car in for me to do the local state inspection etc., was amazed by the quality of service and the product itself. Although, he was not surprised. He knows all of the large and small dealerships that sell new and used Ferraris in the country. When I told him that I was looking at a vehicle at Ferrari of Atlanta, he told me that I should feel at ease. He assured me that I would be receiving the best service possible from them. My servicer has been in the business for many years. He assured me that I would be very satisfied with a car from Ferrari of Atlanta, because he and his clients have had good experiences with them. I am sure that the great service will continue beyond the initial purchase. It already has. Thanks so much.

I have owned my 2017 E 300 for 5 years. It has been the finest car I have ever own. It is enjoyable to drive. It's a baby S class. I searched and purchased the 2017 e300 with P3 package. The lane keeping assist is the most advance in 2017. The engine is a 4 cylinder but it handles like a V-6. This car is leader for luxury, driving and durability.

Amazing vehicle, but only buy new if you want the S63, the Maybach, or your just really rich, if not, then just wait 5 years, and get it for 70 grand! The value is so low because you can just wait for it to depreciate like crazy. But overall, this is an awesome car.

My overall experience with this dealership and sales associates were very pleasant and sufficient. I was able to take my time in selecting my vehicle and was given accurate pricing info as I had already did my research for the car I was interested in. I wasn't pushed into a car I didn't want or desire after I decline to purchase the original car I went to the dealership to test drive. The associate took the time to look through the online lists of cars within a 150 miles of his dealership and after locating a car that I liked he was able to have the car transferred in from another state free of charge. I was called when the car arrived and made an appointment to check it out and I made a purchase.

I love this car! It looks great, handles wonderfully and the ride is exceptional. I went with the 2020 model because I don't care for the grill design implemented since 2021. I got the traditional grill with hood ornament which is what I preferred. The only disappointment for me was not having a touch screen. It's a bit cumbersome to manually navigate through all the screens using multiple inputs (especially while driving) but I'm getting accustomed to it. I would recommend this car to anyone!!

This car should be classified as an “exotic”. The S550 Coupe is by far the best vehicle I’ve ever owned. Well, our 2008 S63 AMG was a monster, but very heavy. The ride is harsher than expected over rough roads, but it isn’t close to a deal killer. The interior is perfect, but the controls were clunky at first….until you get used to it.

I have 2019 450 4matic coupe with the bells and whistles. Fantastic luxury sport car. Super smooth, powerful, beautiful, reliable, and good highway gas milage (32mpg) at 80. Originally leased then liked so much I had to buy. Nothing but routine maintenance for 75k miles.
