I have driven an S Class Mercedes since 1995. I have not owned anything else. This 2023 S 580 4matic is amazing. With four wheel steering, turns are tighter than you predict. The performance is more than I can handle today and more than adequate. Interior, comfort and exterior are all within my normal Mercedes expectations. After driving this vehicle for 30 years, I am not sure I can accept LESS. Most any vehicle is accepting LESS. I also own a 2020 Range Rover Sport supercharged V8. Just as impressive but not as comfortable. The S Class is what all other vehicle manufacturers are typically chasing to "meet". I have test driven many comparable cars, but none worth buying.

Great driving and solid car. I especially love the handling and ride for cruising the beach. When the twin turbo hits you with that boost she is fun to drive. She gives you balanced power at the helm and take in that confidence that this lovely lady gives. Pop the top and then really take in that beach Sunset. Overall, a well-built automobile. Over the terrible roads that exist in New Jersey, the car can be a bit harsh but stable. I am happy with the choice of model and it performs very well.

Owned for a month so far. Aside from a slight rattle occasionally in the passenger door everything is great. Still on the 1000 mile engine break-in but it is very quick. Gas mileage is running about 20 MPG in town and 29 on the highway. Very comfortable and feels very much like a luxury car. Traded in a 2016 Audi A6 which was also a very good car. The E450 just feels more luxurious and quicker. Slightly better steering feel as well.

This is our second GLC 300. We love the size and features for our needs (two people). Good mileage 27-29+ around town, 30-32 highway. Smooth ride, easy handling, and I think, nice styling. Newer models have larger screen and are more electronically controlled from the screen. Fields of Orange Park, Fl. has great Service, not cheap, "Mercedes" nuff said, but they will take care of you.

When I put my vehicle in Hudson Nissan these guys check me in immediately follow up on all of my needs for my vehicle also just suggested any other things that I may need to keep my vehicle in good running condition this guy go fall and beyond the call of duty

Love my GLB! Feel like its stands for "Great Lil Benz." :) Drives more like an SUV than a car and that's what I wanted. There is more cargo space due to the square-ish boot. Dynamic mode gives you everything from Econo to Sport. The dash is beautiful, the ride is excellent and the price is fantastic. A win all the way around.

Dustin Johnson is my dedicated Service Advisor at Hendrick BMW of Charleston and I rate him a 10 out of 10! He is experienced, knowledgeable, professional and has an excellent personal demeanor. I found him to be an advocate and always helping me resolve any service or warranty needs in a manner that suited my personal best interest. He has never tried to oversell me or make anything but on target recommendations. He communicates on a timely basis and follows up. He is the best service advisor I've ever worked with in my many years. He has also done the same for my daughter and I am grateful for his continuing assistance. It doesn't matter if I'm looking for a new car or needing service, I talk to Dustin Johnson first for his guidance and to leverage his knowledge base. He truly is fantastic and Best in Class. I traded mine in after 19000 miles for one reason, the run flat tires. they are $300 a piece and last 15000 miles. They might be an option, if you don’t mind putting new and expensive tires on every year but they don’t perform in snow after 5000. They don’t perform great when new to be honest, just better in snow with more tread. I loved the car, but living in hilly, snowy Pennsylvania, it just wasn’t practical. Think twice if you drive in snow or rough roads or just don’t feel like getting new expensive tires every year

The intake technician was able to correct the problem. It appeared to be operator error everything is working fine now thank you. Have a nice day.

I’ve been in 3 times this year for service on my 2022 X7, and Daniel has provided excellent service each time! Without a doubt he provides outstanding customer service.

Had two issues; Evaporator Core had to be replaced ($4k) and the drivers seat (Mtex) ripped two times and appears to be ready to rip again. The evaporator core failed when the car was 4 years old. It is a common problem. Recommend anyone with this vehicle purchase an extended warranty. Also, the front brakes only last for 25K miles. They are very soft and very expensive (dealer cost to replace $1,200, DIY is $250).

Everyone there is vested in making sure your visit is a positive experience, and they explain in detail what service will be done on your vehicle and how long it should take. Andrew did a great job getting me in and out with a smile on his face!

My 2022 GLE450 is outstanding. Plenty of room in rear seats. Gas milage is better than advertised. 25 mpg in town and 27 on the road mpg. using premium fuel is a drawback. Drives great. fit and finish is superb. Technology is second to none. Feels very safe. Headlights are the best I've ever seen. I am a Mercedes Benz owner and have been since 2002, BUT this could be my LAST due to dealership overpricing. I realize cars are in high demand, but price gouging is and will never again be tolerated here again!

We really love the sales person. The main issue as a car was damaged quite a bit and I was unimpressed by the 120 point inspection as I pulled out the cabin filter looks like it was the original when I pulled it out.
