I usually do not do reviews, but these guys at Mercedes-Benz of Columbia absolutely deserves more than a 5 star review. Danh Do Finance Manage, and Kofi's Adadey who happened to be my sales person were amazing. Their customer service and lever of customer engagement is "Bar None"!!!!. The environment and atmosphere is very inviting and relaxing. From the Car lot, to the Sales floor, everyone is very helpful and polite. They make you feel like family. Mercedes-Benz of Columbia is the best dealership in the Mid-West they surpasses my expectation. Therefore I will be a repeat customer, because I am a satisfied customer.

Mercedes-Benz of Wichita review
Harrison Barnette was very understanding of my unique situation. My home and a vehicle had been destroyed by the November 3rd tornado in OKC. I found a very similar truck online, and Harrison was somehow able to hold the truck even though I had no firm date for delivery due to everything that I was experiencing. I recently bought a 2022 Mercedes G550 with approximately 10K miles from Premier. I asked them to search for a car to my specifications including trim. They were able to locate a vehicle that met my requirements. They found what I was looking for in Nebraska, shipped the vehicle using their own enclosed carrier to their shop in Missouri for inspection and detail, tinted the car to my requirements and light service I requested. Then they shipped the vehicle to my home in Tulsa, OK, picked up my two vehicles I was trading in on the new car. Incidentally one was a Porsche 2010 911s I had bought from them back in about 2013. I can't say enough about how easy and pleased I was to deal with them, second time just as much of a charm, as was my initial first time. Thank you Premier!

Was a bit surprised at the location being an all indoor showroom. They have a lot of as-is vehicles for sale including a few newer, high-end sports and muscle cars. It is a walk-in environment with staff centered in the middle waiting to help you. They were a bit busy at the time, but they accompanied us with the buying process.
2016 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter review
I have a large family and love this van however I wanted a 2016 with low miles because i did not want the high top. This is my every day van because I have a six kids and I love it . It drives like a minivan and is my favorite car ever! I the dealership we bought from was ... ok .
