Great driving and solid car. I especially love the handling and ride for cruising the beach. When the twin turbo hits you with that boost she is fun to drive. The ride is amazing! Handles like a dream! Loving the “Hey Mercedes” feature built into the car! No fussing with screens or buttons while in traffic or driving. Just say “Hey Mercedes” and the car will do many things with a voice command. It will even tell you a joke if you ask!

This car is dynamite! I traded a 2023 EQB for it, and I am very pleased. The hybrid feature is the perfect response to all electric range anxiety. Ride quality is perfect. And it is a wonderful size! I opted for the AMG exterior/interior package. And it makes a pretty big difference between the regular model and the upgrade. I am well satisfied.

I found my vehicle at Mercedes Benz of Fayetteville after searching the MB USA website. I bought the car virtually and the process was seamless and perfect. Right up until shipping. That experience proved to be quite frustrating. My salesman Courtney and I believe the sales manager Aaron went the extra mile to really make sure I was satisfied and happy. Like the title implies, doing one of the things Mercedes does best. I absolutely love the cars but the customer service is what seals the deal! There are very few companies left that treat customers this way. Mercedes will always have my business as long as they maintain this. Great car, very fast, smooth, and quiet. Long doors can be hard to get out in a parking lot. The only thing I have a problem with is the electrics, setting the clock time, or resetting mileage. The car's phone is also out of date, and not usable.

The Mercedes Benz GLE 350 is by far the best luxury SUV we have ever owned. I truly can't praise it enough. I honestly didn't need to take it out on the road to be convinced, I was still in the parking lot and knew I wasn't leaving without this vehicle. The interior ambient lighting and the personal welcome message when I get in is 2 of my favorite features of this vehicle. Also love that we can program the seat adjustments too, no more having to adjust the seat back to where I need after my husband drives it, just hit a button and my seat is back on the position I need. And I have never drove anything that drives this smooth!!

Sporty and luxurious! Drives like a sports car but feels comfortable at the same time. Great car for the family as well. Tech is great also.
