I will begin by saying that I really enjoyed my experience at the Mercedez of South Florida - Service Center. Viktor was outmost pleasant, patient and courteous throughout my experience at the service center. I was visiting family from New York and my engine light came on as I was driving down to Florida. I drive an IMG Mercedes GLC 63S Coupe. I called up Mercedes of South Florida - Service Center and spoke to Victor and he told me to bring my car in for a check up. When I arrived I got to sit down in Victor's office and explain how and when the car started to show the engine light. He explained that he would like to put the car in the Mercedes Diagnostics to see what codes the car registered when the engine light came on. When I purchased my vehicle I got the extended warranty of 75,000 miles. After a few minutes, he came back and explained that the car had leaks in both the turbos. He continued to assure me that he would take care of the issue with no problem. The service center looked very busy since it was the day before New Years Eve. He kept coming back to me periodically to make sure I was being taken care of. That showed me that he really cared. After the repair was finished he apologized to me for the time I spent there waiting away from my grand-son that I was visiting. They replaced the two turbo clamps so that there is no more leak. I in return thanked him for his support and care that he showed towards me as a customer. My car now runs smooth and is in great shape. Viktor you are a great person and wonderful human being for showing me great patience and respect. Mercedes of South Florida - Service Center will be proud to have you in their staff. I would not be surprised that you someday get promoted to a higher leadership role because of your patience and communication skills you have with your customers and people around you. Car rides very smoothly. Car is easy to drive and we love that interacts with us. Car is very comfortable and sturdy. We love the that it receives verbal commands and executed them.

First of all, I am 80 years old, live in North Carolina, and was not able to visit dealership. My experience with Mercedes-Benz of South Orlando was exceptional, especially dealing thru Navin over the last couple of weeks for a used vehicle. Received the vehicle today and it was in pristine condition. I was a little concerned at first, about buying a used vehicle without actually visiting the dealership in person. Navin put my mind at ease, and my decision to go forward with the purchase of this vehicle was because of all the photos that he sent, his very professional attitude in answering all my concerns and questions. At this point, I have nothing but respect and gratitude for his input in me making my decision. I had been searching, for months, this particular vehicle, in this particular color and have had bad experiences with other dealers during this search. I finally found the right one in Mercedes-Benz of South Orlando and in "Super Salesman", Navin. My wholehearted thanks to both! The car-buying experience was terrific! Both the salesman, Morris, and the finance gentleman (whose name unfortunately escapes me) were professional, helpful, and made the process smooth and enjoyable. I did have to bring my car back for an issue with one of the rear windows, but the repair was completed in a timely manner, which I really appreciated. My only suggestion for next time would be for the service writer, Peter, to walk me to my car after the repair, review the work that was done, and ask if I had any questions. Also, since my car was scanned when I dropped it off, I would appreciate a follow-up scan when picking it up to confirm that everything checks out. I also want to mention that I appreciated the complimentary car wash?it was a nice touch. Overall, I would definitely recommend this dealership for both repairs and purchases.

I like the option of the natural wood steering wheel, 21 inch tires and wheels trailer hitch if needed. The entertainment center is great, heated and cooled seats Have customizable controls. The SUV is just the perfect size not too big and not too small. Took it on a 9 Hour Rd. trip my kids love to drive it. People who look into the car make comments of how great it looks inside as we drive by in parking lots! Lots of room for passengers and luggage

You found the best place to buy a used car. Shortly after purchasing the car, it developed a problem. The dealership did not say sorry it's a used car purchased as is but they "stepped up to the plate" to take care of the problem. The service advisor Sebastian, service manager, Eddie, sales manager, Bryan and Claudio , our salesman all provided excellent customer service. I am so glad I went to Napleton's Volkswagen to purchase a used care for my daughter.

This car is dynamite! I traded a 2023 EQB for it, and I am very pleased. The hybrid feature is the perfect response to all electric range anxiety. Ride quality is perfect. And it is a wonderful size! I opted for the AMG exterior/interior package. And it makes a pretty big difference between the regular model and the upgrade. I am well satisfied.

Best Mercedes I have ever owned. Accept for normal maintenance the car has never had a service call. The Brigstone tires that came with the were terrible. Only got 20,000 miles out of them.

I love the car so far but I’ve only had it for two weeks. I had a 2015 Equinox before getting the GLB250. I looked at the GLA and GLC, as well as other manufacturers, but really liked the GLB. I must say I was smitten with Mercedes-Benz and always wanted to own one. So my thought process was rather jaded. I got the AMG package that offered a few other options that I like as well. I was concerned about it only being a inline 4 instead of a V6 but it seems to have the pickup and drive to soften that concern. The only thing that is stupid is the easy exit seat. It does not function as to what your definition of easy exit would be. Other vehicles have what I would consider easy exit. This vehicle does not. Even the sales associate was dumbfounded by it.

This is my first Mercedes. Wow! The smoothness of the ride mirrors the smoothness of the purchasing process? Shout out to the salesman and the financier.
