Couldn't find a Camry hybrid (LE) within 150 mi. of Tallahassee. Was in NC for summer and Mike Burrell of Bryan Easler offered to order one. Was allowed to pick color and only the options I wanted, at a substantial discount from retail. As promised, car came in 10 weeks.
We knew about this dealership because, while waiting to have our 2010 Prius serviced there, a man from Asheville said that he still came back to Hendersonville to buy his cars and have his car serviced.
Very happy with Camry hybrid (LE) as it gets only 1 mpg less than 2010 Prius while larger, quieter, better ride, and handling.
I know most people don't care about a dealers reviews its always about the price but as for me being a former Sales Mgr at a dealership for 10 yrs i know that reviews do matter it says a lot about whether a dealer cares about its customers or not thats why i traveled almost 2 hrs to Direct Auto team in Canton and driving by many many other dealers along the way. After arriving i was allowed to take the car for a test drive alone which gave me a chance to really get a feel for the car i even pulled over and spent about 20 minutes just looking things over and trying every button and lever to make sure they all worked.After getting back to the dealership i sat with Nick in sales and met Dimitry the Mgr who came over to introduce himself. All can say is the buying experience was great everyone was very friendly and i felt absolutely no pressure what so ever. I left there that day with a great deal and went home with the car i wanted.I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership to anyone! And i hope this review does matter!!!!!
We were very satisfied with the deal we got on our van. But more importantly to us is what they went through for us. After our purchase the dealership sent us our paperwork and it was accidentally destroyed at our house. It is unbelievable what they went through to help us replace what was needed. We couldn’t be more thankful for their kindness, willingness to help especially by sacrificing THEIR time for OUR circumstances, and regular communication with us throughout this process. They went the extra mile with no benefit to them. This says so much about them as a business. We HIGHLY recommend Frank as a salesman.

Just finished purchasing a Porsche Panamera GTS from this dealership last weekend. The GTS trimline of the Panamarea is very difficult to find at a reasonable price. They were able to find an excellent vehicle (fully loaded & decent miles). It was also priced reasonably for condition/mile. We even traveled 3 hrs from out of state (twice) to get the deal done. Mike, Ben and Tricia really made a great impression and made this used car purchase as painless as possible. Thanks & Great Job!!

I bought an MKT several months ago and went back today for an oil change. Phil in the service department was wonderful and even helped me with some operating questions I had.
