This car is has plenty of legroom and is very comfortable. It was a large trunk, and the back seats fold down to allow even large objects to fit. It has been extremely reliable.

This car has power thanks to it's V8. The interior is large and comfortable. Great for family road trip. Trunk space is fair. It's been a reliable family car for the past decade. I've only had minor issues that either I or one of my mechanics could fix.

The only issues I have had with is vehicle are the interior door handles and a front wheel bearing. The bearing starting showing its age around 180k. I haven't changed the plugs, but the car still runs fine. Mechanically speaking, the car is worth the money, has not let me down yet. But I do keep the fluids changed the regular. I only abused it once, it does reach 120mph, but I do not reccomend this, it's not a sports car. Comfort wise, the seat padding goes soft after about 70k. No big deal.

Best car to buy very reliable hardly no problems and I'm sad a man crazy driving hit my 2009 Mercury Milan and I'm sad no longer runs from accident. But I'm going to buy another one just like it very dependable car.

I purchased this car used, 87700 miles on it. Pros: Engine is quiet, smooth and torquey. Very smooth ride, good handling at slower speeds. Cons: Could use some bigger tires.

When we purchased this vehicle in August 2013, I had been eyeing it for at least a month. From the vintage styling to the great condition, I knew I had to have it. They're a pretty cheap buy these days, and it's not hard to find one with low miles (ours had 116k). Very reliable, was like sailing down the road on a cloud, the most comfortable car I've owned. Also very roomy, seating 6 comfortably, with a ton of storage space in the trunk. You'll here some people talk about cars like this being "boats," as if that's a bad thing, but this car's size saved my life. In September 2015, I was driving two of my friends home one night and I struck one of two cows that were standing in the road. I was going about 50 mph at the time, and the car was totaled: The grill was destroyed, the front end was bent out of shape, the hood was mangled, the windshield was obliterated, and the roof was caved in. The cow actually came through the windshield and hit and bent the steering wheel. Had the front end of the car been any shorter, it would have come further into the cabin before getting caught on the roof, and I would have likely been seriously injured or quite possibly killed. Instead, I had minor cuts and bruises, and my friends were completely uninjured. Definitely a car I miss and one I am likely to purchase again in the future. (I ended up getting a '99 Town Car next, so basically the same thing,)

It is a four door, leather heated seats. Wish the front seat could go back alittle further. Sport looking with sunroof and small spoiler. Has good response, V 6..Had some major work done, coil spring with strut, front was broken. Normal tune-up at 100,000 miles. Radiator flush also. Another big repair, drivers side auto window, stopped working. Control module assembly replaced. But this car is not made, I have the last model year 2010...Noticing rust blisters left rear corner by door. That will need some attention. It's a fun car to drive...Just need more leg room for driver....

The building was so clean, I was impressed with everything I saw.

My Milan is the 6 cylinder Premier with leather seats, sunroof, and Bluetooth Sync. The engine and transmission are both rock solid. Never had any issues there. Currently at 175,000 miles, there’s no surface or undercarriage rust. At 9 years old it still runs great and has good pickup. It gets 25-26 MPG between highway and city driving. They only reason I would be trading it is is because my needs have changed toward a truck for towing.

I came to interstate Ford to have a recall issue taken care of. Mary Jo Fuletti helped me with that problem. I told her that there were other concerns regarding my F150 truck. She listened to my concerns and translated them so that her mechanical staff would understand what needed to be looked at. After an inspection, I was informed that there was about $5000 worth of work to be done. I have a Toyota warranty for the vehicle having bought it used from a Toyota dealer. Mary Jo had difficulty getting a response from the warranty folks but she was tenacious and got an inspector from the warranty office to come look at the truck and approve the work that needed to be done. Through Mary Joe’s and interstate Fords efforts, I had a total of about $6000 worth of work done with no out-of-pocket charges. I will definitely be back when my truck needs service or work. Due to a catastrophic engine failure on the mid-sized 4DR Sedan/hatchback I was driving, I made a crisi$ purchase of a 2008 Mariner in Jan 2019. The price was low, as it would soon need all new tires, new front brake pads & rotors, as well as both front steering control arms w/ball joints replaced, and, an alignment, of course, AND it had 239,ooo miles on that CD4E transmission. But inside was clean, and I was on a limited budget, and this car left me with some cash in hand for parts, and it would carry the stuff I need for work. So, I spent a weekend rolling around on the garage floor, replacing all the hard parts, got some good rubber on it, and paid for an alignment to get it driving straight: 25 months/25,ooo miles later, that V-6 is still going pretty strong, starts well in subzero (F) cold, and the transmission is still hanging in there, too! Runs pretty quiet: have to watch my speed! Just wish the upper display worked: if I bump the radio channel button, it takes a while to get back to my station!
