I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for the incredible work you did on my 2011 Ford ranger you really went above and beyond what I expected I truly appreciate it. It means a lot to know that I can count on Brian Harris used cars not just for the great work they do but for their ongoing support thanks again.

Due to a catastrophic engine failure on the mid-sized 4DR Sedan/hatchback I was driving, I made a crisi$ purchase of a 2008 Mariner in Jan 2019. The price was low, as it would soon need all new tires, new front brake pads & rotors, as well as both front steering control arms w/ball joints replaced, and, an alignment, of course, AND it had 239,ooo miles on that CD4E transmission. But inside was clean, and I was on a limited budget, and this car left me with some cash in hand for parts, and it would carry the stuff I need for work. So, I spent a weekend rolling around on the garage floor, replacing all the hard parts, got some good rubber on it, and paid for an alignment to get it driving straight: 25 months/25,ooo miles later, that V-6 is still going pretty strong, starts well in subzero (F) cold, and the transmission is still hanging in there, too! Runs pretty quiet: have to watch my speed! Just wish the upper display worked: if I bump the radio channel button, it takes a while to get back to my station!

I’m really enjoying the vehicle. It runs well and is enjoyable with its size and sunroof. The stereo system works well, it’s just a good car. Came when great tires, too!

This vehicle was originally rated at 15 mpg in the city and 19 mpg on the highway. I get 16 mpg in the city and 22 to 23 mpg on the highway in the summer and 20 to 21 in the winter. I have 243,000 miles on this vehicle. Drawback at this time is probable short in the wiring in which the drivers power seat will sometimes go back unexpectedly. Also excessive rust below door entry points. Tows very well(22’ camper)

The Hybrid system is great I use the car for work it has gone though many snow storms and rain storms even an ice storm. It's always worked very well

Great safe dependable vehicle. Only issue was front struts replaced after 138000 miles. Battery seems to last forever no maintenance needed. Milage is 21 low end to 38 high end.

So far car is great. AWD will be nice in the snow. It has plenty of interer room and adaquate power. Color is nice and tires are new.

The car was perfect for all of our needs. Excellent looks and styling. Interior is roomy and more than adequate for our needs. Being a used car there were some imperfections but overlooked because of the great value and minor aesthetic issues.

I got my 2008 Mercury Mountanier after my 2003 Pontiac Grand AM transmission first gear broke. I had trouble with it with after getting stuck in the mud the transmission first gear broke the next day and the wheel bearing was not working so I just got it fix full last week and the vehicle is working at full capacity. I truly love this car and hope it last.

Got the 2005 FWD V6 with 212k on it for $2,500. During the 3 years I owned it the only problem I ever had was one wheel bearing. It was fun enough to drive and handled decently in the snow. My only complaints: its handling was pretty rough at speed, it's mpg wasnt great, and the interior was cheap and falling apart. Then again, you expect this sort of thing when a car has that many miles. This car never failed me and always got me where I needed to go though. In the end it came through for me again and I sold it for the same price I bought it for.

I bought a 2003 Ford F150 from Arko back in March and it has been a great truck. I get people who ask me all the time if I went South to get the truck. I've had a few questions after buying and they were very nice and not bothered by me calling.

I’ve had my 2008 Mercury Mariner VOGA Edition for 5 years and it still runs fantastic! It has 167,000 miles on it and is the best-looking vehicle I’ve ever owned. I love it so much that I had the opportunity to trade it in for something newer but I just can’t part with it. Great small SUV and great gas mileage.

I am writing ANOTHER review for Trend Auto since I continue to use them for maintenance issues regarding my used Toyota Sienna that I purchased from them years ago. I have had several issues pop up through the years regarding my van and not only have they resolved each and every problem, they did so in a very reasonably priced and expedient manner. I cannot say enough good things about Trend Auto. I would not even consider going elsewhere. I trust these guys 100% and KEVIN IS FABULOUS! He is honest, fair and trust worthy. My recall service appointment on 9/7/23 was reschedule by Jason Jackson. The reason was the tech going to be out for my original appointment which was 9/8/23. Jason Jackson service consultant at Suburban took care of me very well, I also ask him can we do the works package for an oil change with tire rotation. He said sure we can fit that in with your recall. Jason customer service is always on point and over the top.

Me and my girl bought a 2008 Mercury Mariner in March 2019, so it already was 11 years old. However we bought the car with 54k miles on it, it is the base model, so it does have a cloth interior and unfortunately lacks the automatic headlights, leather seats, and steering wheel mounted stereo controller, however it is a 4WD with the 3.0 V6 it has power, it has the get up, however living in Pittsburgh she feels the gas milage of a v8 most of the time, the car has needed a ball joint, and a lower control arm, but for 11 years old she rides great, she runs good, and I wish Ford would make a new one, next one will likely be an Escape hopefully without a turbocharger, love the way these cars look and perform though
