This place knows how to treat people and not play games with pricing and trade in values. In one morning we were able to secure a fair deal from 190 miles away via phone and sharing pics of my trade in. We drove down from Dayton, OH and did the deal and were out of there as promised. No "switcheroo", low balling, and other games like the Ford dealer in Beavercreek plays. Every person there from beginning to end was super nice, honest and professional. They made the process as quick as possible. Unfortunately, I didn't test the retractable sun roof shade because it is shot and needs replacement...don't know how much that will be. Check engine light came on. Don't know if they blew out the code so it wouldn't show, but thermostat needs replaced and NOT cheap! Price was decent, but not happy about deficiencies.

2002 Mercury Mountaineer review
I've owned my 2002 Mountaineer for 15 years and have been extremely happy with the purchase. I take good care of my cars (regular maintenance, check ups, etc.) and it's been the most reliable car I've ever owned. Only major problem was the AWD gear went out after 10 years, but now that I live in Louisiana, I decided to take it out rather than repair it. With only 117,000 miles on it, I plan to keep the car for many more years.
