Brought my Mini in for service due to a tire blowout and was taken care of in a timely manner. The service was good and the finished work excellent. They didn't try to upsell me for other services that I didn't need, which was refreshing. Solid service.

I was able to negotiate the price for my trade in comparison to other dealers and websites. Edgar, the manager made the process very easy and less than two hours I was out of there. The car drives beautifully but maintenance/repair costs are staggering. I had 5 years of car payments of ~$9000 a year. During these first 5 years I only did oil changes and tires (whenever I hit one of the pot holes on I-97). I finished paying of the car loan two years ago. Since then I have had to replace/repair parts for about $12,000. Last time I was in I was told I need to replace the entire headlight assembly including the control module which was burnt because the LED had shorted. I was quoted about $6,700.00 to replace both headlight assemblies. If I do this I will have spent almost $19,000.00 in repairs on a 2019 BMW in less than two years. Again, it drives beautifully and the dealership service is great. But I am not exaggerating when I say it has been a huge disappointment when it comes to the cost of ownership. It is a money pit.

Everyone was professional and friendly. Not pushy to buy. Andy kept in touch letting me know what stages the car is in. Gave a fair value with my trade-in.

Had severe unexpected damage to front under car components. Robert gave me a timeline of repair scheduling and kept his word. He actually completed repairs ahead of schedule by two days. Very satisfied. Wallet is bleeding, but I?m satisfied.
