I met with Jeff Shade who manages the Mini cars in the service department. He is very attentive and thorough and details all the steps in your car maintenance. He kept me informed throughout the process. They also seem to have competitive pricing which is surprising for a dealer.

With incredible patience, Jay walked us through how to accomplish the software update, pausing patiently while I jotted down notes so we’d know how to handle the next update. Jay also took the time to help us explore & understand other aspects of the new Mini’s impressive technology. Excellent customer service! The text messages with video on vehicle was nice. The vehicle was ready as stated when it was dropped off.

This dealership is well organized in terms of servicing the vehicle. I also like that there are multiple areas for sitting so that I can wait comfortably while my car is being serviced.
