Each and every time I service my vehicle at Annapolis BMW, I am extremely satisfied. The service advisors are very knowledgeable and helpful in ensuring I do the required maintenance. They often time suggest this or that may not be so but would be a good point to get it done. In other words their service recommendations are efficient and ensure I avoid problems. Further, I feel the technicians/mechanics bring a lot of game to the table. Start to finish, the job is completed properly. No loose panels, no broken panel fasteners, clean and orderly. My sincere hope is that after the remodel to the dealership, prices do not go sky rocketing like they did at another local BMW dealership. BMW Annapolis is affordable, helpful, and skilled at what they do. I have been very pleased with them now going on 9 years.

With incredible patience, Jay walked us through how to accomplish the software update, pausing patiently while I jotted down notes so we’d know how to handle the next update. Jay also took the time to help us explore & understand other aspects of the new Mini’s impressive technology. We felt far more confident in our ability to use & enjoy our new car thanks to Jay’s thorough, thoughtful approach. Beautiful new facility. Service was great. Service tech was able to provide my service under warranty. Saving mr over $1500 dollars. I highly recommend this facility to family and friends.

Worked with Justin (JP). He quickly diagnosed my issue, showed me the problem before sending me on my way, and was able to get my vehicle back up and running much faster than originally expected.

The new waiting area is comfortable and welcoming. Plus, really cool looking and functional. Having individual tv's in each sitting area was a good idea.
