Sergio is the best salesperson I’ve ever worked with - we were out of state visitors who had an old car break down and decided to upgrade instead of fixing it. It helped that the price of the vehicle was awesome, but Sergio made this the best car-buying experience that we’ve had and helped turn our nightmarish situation into an awesome car. He was compassionate, which I really appreciated. I would highly recommend this dealership and Sergio specifically.

Bought my 2015 last fall looks great drives great alot of fun . Faster than it looks . Not a extreme cold weather car . Handles great on snowy roads . I'm a bigger guy plenty of room . Would not want to sit behind me . I'd buy another

2015 Countryman S.Very reliable; bought from Bergstrom. Steering problem when turning on bumpy roads.New models (after 2017) are better; but I don’t know about reliability.Have fun!

I am the second owner of my 2015 Mini Countryman S and love it. It is the most reliable car I have had in several years. Not very comfortable for long rides and expensive for things not in my service maintenance agreement - lightbulbs $300?! I do have dealer service every time and keep up with service timeline... Love it!!

The car is very comfortable, perfect commute car back and forth to work- Plenty of leg space and trunk space.... also love the color of the car.

I’ve been driving Mini Coopers over the last 12 years and this is the first Countryman I’ve had. So far I love it! I still get the unique look and feel of a Mini, but in a bigger package more suitable for MN conditions.

I’ve been leading and buying cars for years. I’m 82 yrs old. Yet I never felt comfortable dealing with a salesman. His associate Nick made an impression on me snd my daughter. For a young man he was so caring and took the time to explain the features in the car. My granddaughter bought a SUV from East Coast Honda and now my son will be going there and dealing with Royal for a car. Thank you

I just purchased a new Audi Q7 from Audi Miami South. Ariel our sales consultant and the General Manager Florin Nista made the entire process simple and enjoyable. I've had experiences at other dealerships where the consultant was pushy, not here. Ariel and Florin Nista the General Manager was knowledgable and so pleasant to work with. They took the time to explain to me the options between leasing and purchasing, which made my decision so much easier. It is always nice when the sales person and General Manager is excited for you too! After being a Mercedes owner for 18 years, this is by far the best experience I ever had purchasing a vehicle. We found a truck on cars.com that was listed by The Car Dad. We called and talked with Henry, the Car Son. Henry was very helpful, told us all about the truck and the repairs that had been completed. We live 2.5 hours away, but decided to drive over there to see the truck (based on the reviews I read, I felt we were going to get a good truck from them). Henry greeted us and I could tell this was not a sleazy used car dealership. We drove the truck, talked more about it, then went into the office. Brian greeted us and was very friendly and knowledgeable. We bought the truck, and the process was very smooth. My son and I did not feel pressured. In fact, we felt they wanted to make sure my son got exactly what he wanted, and we did with this truck. We are very happy we decided to visit this dealership. When my next son is ready for a vehicle, I will check with Car Dad first!

I traded in a 6 month old Lexus hybrid for a Mitsibushi lancer. I paid $20k for the lexus and my 16 year old pretended to like it but he hated it. It was a lame hybrid and his friends laughed at him. So before he even got his license and had only added 400 miles to the car I took it back. Eliot got me a deal on a Mitsibushi with 19,000 miles. The trade in came back at $14,000. Eliot WENT BACK AND GOT ME A BETTER DEAL! because I was a previous Carmax customer. I ended up with a 5 year warranty on the Mitsubishi and a $700 refund... You cannot beat Carmax. If you buy cars from this dealership THEY LOOK AFTER YOU. Genuine customer.

Love how easy the process was and even more so that it wasn’t high pressure. Every person I had interactions with during the process was super kind and patient (I’m recovering from spine surgery, a little foggy occasionally) I super appreciated being able to work with Bella on my purchase/paperwork. Very friendly and very knowledgeable. This was the first time in my life that I bought a car within 2hrs. I usually take 2 days to make up my mind about a car. When I showed up at Foxboro Auto Gallery I talked to the manager about the car I've been keeping an eye on. He told me everything about the car. He gave me exactly what I wanted for my car. And after the test drive I went to my bank and before I knew it I was driving home with a CR-V. WOW I mean WOW!! Great experience
